Like the 2nd chance on the property. Chic decor. Window cushions in hallways, a nice touch.
1) bed was hard; not a good night sleep;
2) toilet required 5-8 flushings for just paper...;
3) REALLY missed the human touch--check-in, check-out and someone to answer questions. RE: the wonky toilet. Had issues with the photo portion of reservation and no one to call or talk to. The text/email responses were S L O W . . .
P.S. the 2nd mug from my room #413 is in Rm#315. I visited my friend and forgot to take it back before I checked out. Sorry.
Caroline at the "front desk" was terrific! She took a definite interest in my granddaughter and me, and was just so personable in every way. She gave us great recommendations as to dining, parking and just the overall sites in the area. She made our Thanksgiving stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.
I totally enjoyed my stay. The concierge was excellent and friendly, which is very imlortant. I would most definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
Quirky, cool, and great location! Would def stay here again.

I don’t like the idea that you have to go online for any type of service.. I like interaction with people rather than going online or via phone for assistance.
