This was our second time staying there we really like the place and location but this time there was something in our room that made us both sneeze continuously and got clogged up as soon as we would leave the room we were both good when we would return in minutes the same thing happened my only other issue would be in the winter month they should have a smoking area heated even if it’s in the parking garage

Couldn’t sleep due to heater noise
Despite being turned off, the heater made a terrible noice for about a minute repeating every 30 minutes, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

Not happy with accommodations
I was upset because when I made the reservation I was told by a customer service representative that the jr king suite would sleep 5. When we checked in the desk attendant informed us it only slept 4 and our youngest son decided to come with us as well which made us have 5 people. They did give us an air mattress but I am not very impressed that we paid over $400 for one night and my kids had sleep on an air mattress. We can do that at home.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. Very comfortable beds and great, hot shower. Only a pleasant 7-minute walk to the Gateway station en route to Acrisure stadium. Excellent place to stay for a Steelers game!
