Not many perks in this hotel and rooms should be kind of refreshed, although our was very spacious. Nonetheless, the breakfast was rather small but good and the personnel professional. One more star is given due to the average poor conditions of Italian hotels, in Pisa as well. I believe this is one of the best and affordable options in the city.

The hotel is truly 4 star! The room was very big and comfortable. The shower was very good! The area was quiet and safe. Main attractions are closed by and behind the hotel theres an avenue full of shops from clothes to souvenirs and supermarkets. The breakfast was amazing! I had a big breakfast as i wanted to try everything! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful as well as polite. Will definitely come back!

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location from where you can explore Pisa and reach the train station by walk. Very good breakfast. Only downside is the bathroom due to size, especially the shower and the space between toilet and radiator, and the fluctuating hot water supply which seemed to vary when other rooms were using it. Overall though a very good place to stay.

Great hotel with little perks
Fab little hotel! Great that there’s a kettle and tea/coffee in the room (unusual for Italy) and the restaurant in the hotel was a bonus. When travelling alone sometimes you just don’t want to go out to find food alone, so that was great. But I’m sure walkable to various restaurants. Early flight but only a 10 minute taxi ride to airport. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent breakfast served from 7 to 11. Convenient location, easily walkable from the train station. Polite, attentive staff. Nice atmosphere in older building with high ceilings. Enjoyed walking up 74 stone steps to 3rd floor - I'm a hill walker and yes, there is a lift. Rooms need some updating.

Great typically Italian hotel.
Lovely hotel. Great location, friendly staff. Def recommend to anyone, I’m pretty fussy and loved it. Pillow was a little hard. I am so glad I stayed here instead of one of the modern impersonal hotels on offer!

Easy taxi ride from the airport. Nice hotel on a quiet street, walkable to the river and the Tower sights. They do have an elevator and the Room was comfortable and adequate with very high ceilings! Small toiletries were provided. Window was able to be fully opened to take in the fresh air. Buffet breakfast had a large assortment of choices with freshly baked goods that were delicious.

Average hotel. Beds made a noise every time you move. Quite compact, you can hear other rooms and smell from other room toilets. Not much vegan breakfast options but otherwise rooms and hotel was nice.

Lovely hotel, 10 min walk from the station. About 15 min walk to date of miracles. Decent breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff. Very quiet hotel. Sorry about the eco-friendly score but don't understand what that means
