We checked in to the hotel in the late afternoon, staff was friendly and gave restaurant recommendations and directions to the leaning tower. Once back for the evening from touring the city, our family of 5 started showers only to get halfway through before the water quit working. This left one family member with shampoo in their hair. When we went to talk to the desk clerk he got angry and yelled at us, as well as several other guests. He told us if we didn’t like the hotel, we should go somewhere else to stay, but(at this time it was midnight). He told us it was our problem, not his! He said the owner says if the A/C quits working or the water quits he doesn’t care. If you stay, you pay no matter what! If this would have happened elsewhere, they would have given a discount or comped breakfast, but not at Capitol. Be careful making toast while another guest makes coffee because you will trip the breaker!
