Disappointed and upset.
We were given a room that was being updated. It had not hair dryer, soap, shampoo, privacy curtain, lamp shades and smelled of fresh paint. Refrigerator had not been installed. Front desk laughed and said maybe our next visit would be better. THERE WILL BE NOT NEXT VISIT AT THIS LOCATION.

This is our new pigeon forge staying spot..great location,great price great for the family..if you want luxury stay,goo pay more somewhere else. If you want a greatstay,cleanstay,and friendly staff for a fraction of the price,this place is perfect..when we go on vacation , we sleep ,shower and change in the room. All of those are checked off nicley. The breakfast is actually better than most high priced places.parking gets a little packed when its busy , but that has alot to do with the central location.i would definitely recommend this place..we are 2 adult,1 teen and 1 9year old. Perfec fit for the double queen room.

This property was excellent for our family overnight getaway. The location was walkable and convenient to many of the attractions in the area. The rooms were clean and as pictured in the listing. The breakfast was just enough to get us going in the morning. We would stay here again.

Happy that I chose this hotel! Convenient location, newly renovated rooms with modern upgraded mirror (the kind that simulates natural lighting, soft lighting, etc), plus a walk-in shower that was awesome (appreciated not having to climb over a bath tub)!! The staff was accommodating and everyone was friendly! Will definitely return!

Great room!
The room was very nice. Looked to be newly renovated. With a walk in shower, smart-lit vanity mirrow, desk, large screen tv, lounge chair, larger sized refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, the room was roomy and overall clean. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels at the time. We would definitely love to stay again and hope to have the same room. Loved it!

Loud construction going on until 10 pm had to step over boxes door didn’t shut and seal properly parking lot was shared with restaurant next door little to no parking shower wasn’t complete day of checking out hotel man busted in without knocking while we was getting dressed telling us to check out with the lady downstairs… check out was 11 this was at 8:30am pictures was nothing like the actual place

The pictures are very misleading. This is an old hotel that is being renovated. We were fortunate to stay in a room that had new things in it; however the renovations are not of the best quality craftsmanship and many features of the building are still very worn and outdated such as the office, elevator and the breakfast area. The curtains do not keep the outside walkways light out so it was like trying to sleep during daytime. Our issues were no parking (were told to park in the next door restaurant's spaces), no remote for the tv (had to go down to ask for that), no washcloths. Felt like the pricing for this one should have been much less since it is more like a 1 star hotel.

Convenient location and decent price. But slept horrible. The bed felt like sleeping on cement. And pillows just as hard. The toilet didnt flush right. My husband had to get a plunger from the front desk and try to fix himself, even though we called and told them, they never came. Turns out the button didnt reach far enough on the inside to flush (smart flush toilet with 2 different buttons), so had to take the top lid off just to flush. Bathroom smelt like mold and the shower door is like backwards. To turn it on you have to get in and soaked. Seemed to be newly remoled which looks great, just somethings are not practical or comfortable.
