I didn't like the room service. They just bring clean towels and an extra toilet paper. Nobody cleans the room but me. The bathtub was clog, and I did unclog. Thats when I noticed that the room service was not that good. But beside that everything else was great, front desk, arcade, dining room, store and activities.

The amenities that were advertised were not available and everything at the place was expensive. In addition, I had a friend coming to hang out and I couldn’t even buy a pool pass for a few short hours.

Highly recommend!!
We had a great stay! The room and the views were perfect. The hotel honored the request that we had. The secret chest for the kids was amazing. The pools and waterpark area were all heated which was amazing. All facilities are super clean. The breakfast was just ok, but the staff in there are wonderful. Parking was great until the weekend- then it was packed and hard to find a spot. The only downside is that some of the hosted activities are for additional cost.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was super close to everything in town. Parking was convenient and never an issue. The hotel was very clean, had many amenities that both the kids and parents loved and took part in. Food options, drink options, entertainment options and so much more! The staff were VERY polite and accommodating. Can't say enough about this place. And indoor water park coming next year!!!!!!! Thanks for making our trip to TN the best!

They are renovating so the construction started early and was obnoxiously loud. We found a spider in the bed and the air conditioner blew a foul fishy smell. The amenities were good but not worth the price.

Love the staff, the hotel itself, the entire experience was a 10/10 experience. There are activities in house for children of all ages from morning until around 9 p.m. Food on the property, as well as a snack bar.

The kids LOVED the Waterpark/splash pad. We're excited for the future opening for the indoor park. The 2 restaurants on site are extremely convenient and pricing is great for the food. Our family also enjoyed the indoor halloween activities that were provided to us for free. The refuel stop is awesome for those early morning and late night snacks,food, and drinks. Highly recommend the refillable cups and popcorn bowls! Will DEFINITELY be rebooking here in the future when we make our semi-annual trips.
