If you just need a bed, it’s fine. Otherwise skip
Scary part of town, food desert, everything is a 30 minute drive away, and the only saving grace of this place is that once inside, it’s relatively clean, affordable, and okay if you need a place to rest

My first time in Arizona- Horrible Experience!
Terrible! Starting with checkin! Front desk gal did not perform professionally! She gave us no kind of direction or info about our stay. She didn’t even tell me where my room was located. I had to ask! She didn’t advise me checkout time, times for breakfast, absolutely nothing! So many things wrong with my room! Mold in the shower! Bathtub and toilet were not properly cleaned! Toilet seat was broken. Used shampoo bottles in shower. Sink clogged. Terrible lighting in the entire room! Hallway carpet outside room was filthy!

They lock the front doors and the only side door your suppose to use is all the way on one side. It rarely works. You end up calling to get in at night. 2 of the 3 people we delt with where great. One was cranky she had to let you in the front doors in the morning. They shut gates to the entrances. Basically it's a really bad area not worth what they charge. I picked a medium high rate compared to other options in Pheonix thinking it would be nice
