Santi provided amazing customer service. He made sure to answer all questions I had as well as get me moved to a more suitable room. Drury offers a hot breakfast and evening drinks with dinner. It really is the best bang for your buck. It’s the third time I’ve stayed.

Always love this Drury inn and we have stayed here numerous times. my only issue was this time nobody let us know the pool was closed until after it was too late for me to cancel my reservation. I had two bored grandkids stuck in the hotel room. They offered to let us drive 20 mi across town and go to one of the other pools. very inconvenient. if I would have known that I would have booked at one of those other hotels in the first place.

We were disappointed the poolw was closed for renovation... HOWEVER!! The feont desk staff told us that the hotel had an arrangement with a local community pool. We were unable to take advantage of this, but this is a fantastic example of good service. So thank you!

This hotel is undergoing renovation, which means one elevator is out of service for the workmen, leaving only one for hotel guests. This is a problem if you're on a higher floor, which I was. My room had a shower that didn't function, which I mentioned to the staff at checkout and she seemed indifferent. Also, I left an article behind and didn't realize it until the following evening. When I called the hotel I was told Housekeeping had gone home and I'd have to leave a message. I got no call, so the following day I called again and spoke with someone who said they would look for my article and call me back. No call back. The next day I called again and had to leave a voice message. No call back. The lost article isn't the point; the point is that they didn't even care enough to call me back about it.
