The property was conveniently located where you could get anywhere in Philadelphia. The staff was really helpful at giving information you needed. They didn't tell me there was a daily cost for parking and what it was. The parking voucher they gave me kept not working. Had to go to the desk every time we came and went to get a new parking voucher. No one at the desk could tell me how to use the parking voucher. Our hot water wasn't working in our room when we arrived. The engineer had to come fix it. It was very inconvenient since I had to wait for them to come before I could take a shower.
