mediocre
it was overall alright. not impressive or bad. the service at the front was mediocre. no one was there when we went to check out, but we did online check out. there was some stuff that made it seem like the room wasn’t thoroughly prepared beforehand and it was pretty bare bones but it served its purpose.

The staff was very helpful. The room, though clean, was too cold. We were unable to adjust the heat to make it comfortable, and there was a nasty smell when we tried to switch from a/c to heat.
