The hotel was clean, service was excellent and the room was better than the images on the Loews website. It is extremely rare to get more than you expect in a hotel, Loews delivered and I will certainly be back.

Rachel at the front desk started this experience off amazingly. I lived my stay my room I had some of the best sleep ever it’s so quiet. It is pet friendly and you will hear a bark or two but I had my tv on so it didn’t bother me. The staff were all so pleasant 10/10

What can I say? Everything so far has been AMAZING! Check in with. Dastan S Was awesome. He was polite and engaging! We went up to our beautiful room and the housekeeping attendant introduced herself and asked if we needed anything! Unbelievable! We had drinks at the bar, the bartender was so friendly ! in the hotel elevator we met a worker who spoke to us about our stay. You are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT! Keep up the good work. First time at your hotel, the BEST!
