I absolutely LOVED the warm cookies. Ive never been anywhere where they have that. It was a very thoughtful surprise. The room needed a bit of renovation though. Wallpaper peeling in some spots, carpet coming up in some spots. I also wished they had a microwave or fridge.

The refundable deposit for "extras" shouldn't be required/demanded upon check-in. Room check-in should be smooth without asking me for more money upfront. Combine that with tired and impatient staff and its a terrible first impression. The room itself and facilities were clean and comfortable however.
