I had the worst time @eden bay! 1st off do not book the ocean view because it’s really a view of the pool with a partial view which is not in the description and would not give any type of refund. No room service for the first 2 nights until I said something to service manager. The only elevator broke for the first 3 days and mat smelled like pee. So we had to walk. And when we did get room service they would knock on the door 5-8 times in the early morning for each little thing and call for a simple review basically waking you up in the morning had to tell them to stop! And would give little stock 1 snack. The restaurants are closed 2-3 hours at a time basically forcing u to go to a coffee shop for a nasty sandwich or just 1 out of the 14 restaurants are closed. U can only book certain restaurants the day of and they would sell out fast and most restaurants are closed on certain days. So you will probably miss it. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR FOOD FOR ROOM SERVICE $25 a pop and very nasty like 5 things on the menu ! Pool was super cold. Most servers were rude. They have a on site excursions that is not apart of Eden bay but on the property and excursion ride was 45 minutes late and even Bay working even say sometimes they won’t show up but then tried to sell me on the property’s actual excursion. Over all a 0/10! Don’t come here

Had to find a hotel after my flight was delayed and had to spend the in Philadelphia close to the hotel. Everything about the stay was smooth and satisfactory including the shuttle, front desk service, the price, and the room itself. The airlines should be taking notes.

Was stuck in Philadelphia and had to stay past check out time. Staff was amazing and accommodated a very late check out for me so I did not have to sit in the lobby. 10/10 staff and hotel. Food is also great.

Check the hvac system and skip The Pantry
After reassigning to 4 different rooms because they were each HOT (even when 1st one was set to 65 and running) - I found one that actually cooled when asked. I think hvac checks by floor would be helpful to see what units might need repair or adjustments. The PANTRY is a great idea - but selection is not the best. I would have enjoyed fewer items of better quality.
