Upon entering room keycard never worked changed key during school at and it was not near my phone staff was not able to enter room so moved us to new room. Maintenance had to do something for the new room access then air stop working and had to move to a new room. . Very frustrating I had to keep going down to the hotel lobby constantly

Very convenient hotel for short trips! Love having transport pick up to and from the hotel! Front office desk reception very nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.

The hotel is quite nice. However you charged my card $70 more than the receipt you emailed me this morning. On top of it I had little sleep because the people in the room next to mine kept slamming their room door at all hours of the night and EARLY morning hours. Those doors are HEAVY and shake the room next to it. I had a 6am flight back home and had to be up at 3.
