Got to the hotel after a late baseball game and dinner. The room wasnt ready for checkin at 1130pm. A plain clothed male on a cellphone said house keeping was finishing up and would be done in a half hour. Nice enough looking place but less than 5% chance I would stay again or recommend to anyone.

We got to the hotel a little early. I told the lady we were there to check in and she said I'll put you on a wait list we are full today. I tried to explain we already had reservations, and she said again we are full I'll put you on a wait list if a room becomes available. She then had to get a manager and thank god he knew what was going on. On Sunday I requested clean towels and never got them. Again, Monday morning I asked for clean towels and the lady said if they don't bring them, I might have hand towels you can use to shower with. The other girl said don't worry I got you. Needless to say, never got clean towels to take a shower.

My stay was absolutely incredible. Shout out to the front desk man Josh, he’s the absolute best. Our room was super clean and the views were incredible. Perfect walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Everytime I stay in Philly I will be staying here. Beds were beyond comfortable and the mirrors in the bathroom have a blue tooth speaker in them which is such a fun and unique thing that no other place I’ve stayed at has. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall okay, but not wonderful
Great location close to a lot of the sites we wanted to visit! Front desk seemed a little overwhelmed when we checked in. But they were friendly and took care of things as quickly as they could. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the room. The floors were mopped but left sticky and overall dirty. I couldn’t walk around barefoot. Also discovered a used contact lens container behind the toilet and ear plug by the bed. Bed was mostly comfortable and amenities were good. There were only two towels and two wash clothes left in the room. 4 towels would be best for 2 people and 2 nights.

double check about room service daily
The hotel was nice and front desk staff. I had to ask several times and even going to front desk at 5am just to get towels and washcloths to take a shower.i requested room service when I arrived for daily but yet when we got back to our room on Saturday room was cleaned or beds made and our dirty towels still in bathroom trash was not emptied at all. Then I ask could someone send housekeeping up when we left I had to call again this time we were brought towels but they were so thin and worned we had to double two towels. Trash still not emptied. At this point I was not happy it was embarrassing after a long day to come back to the room and nothing was done. I had to call when I was out for the evening to call the front desk to remain them again. The only good thing I can saw is the front desk staff, the female bartender with the red hair was also accommodating and the housekeeper cleaning the floor Millicent over all I chose the hotel because it had great reviews but housekeeping sucks oh and go add the trashcan on the fourth floor we walked by several times during the day there was a dominos pizza box on top of the trash can for four days I was told it was the housekeeping job to make sure we had towels room service but something must had been going on for as much you pay you can’t even guests can’t get a complimentary meal or breakfast I stayed at a Cambria hotel in DC this was nothing compared

When I took my luggage down to the lobby to check out, the man in the reception desk keep me for long time waiting for my receipt claiming that the system is down! As well, at the same time he was served other customers who came to the reception. I feel that I was discriminated.

Valet service was a joke, Yet it’s still cost 75 a a night to park your car none of which was mentioned before I booked the reservations It seems there was a concert or private party on the roof plus there were three bouncers in the entryway, harassing everyone that came into the hotel whether you were going to the roof or going to your room At around 10:30 or 11 o’clock at night, some hotel employee was banging on my door, wanting to know if I ordered room service which I did not The room on each side of me had occupants in it that yelled and screamed all night. It was not a good stay.
