Staff are really awesome here. Great service. Hotel room was big and had good beds. Needs a Reno. I saw on their sign they are renovating soon so could be even better. Price was good. I would stay again. Location is good

I think the bedding was clean , but the floors were not with finger nail clippings , hand prints and dirt on walls, Hand prints on shower curtains. It was tidy , but not clean . Friendly staff, but could hear through walls easy . Could have stayed many other places for the same price .

Good loaction, nice staff, loved the patio, room had good space for a party of 6. Room was very dirty, feared the sheets/beds where not clean, pull out couch was atrocious, bathroom was dirty and the tub would not drain. Glad to hear they are closing for renos

Not Recommended for Poor Upkeep
We booked a family suite on this trip. The size and layout of the room were good- large enough for 4 adults and 2 children. We did a very late check-in , around 10pm as we were stuck in a bad traffic situation on the highway. The front desk person on duty was helpful. However, we were very disappointed with the lack cleanliness in the suite. The toilet and bathtub looked like it was not scrubbed down. The bed linens appeared to have not been replaced after previous use. The worst of it all was the sofa bed which was clearly not made/cleaned after the last guest. When we pulled it out, it looked like someone had just used it and chucked everything in- very disappointing. The toilet door could not be closed- faulty mechanism. And strong stench outside balcony and along corridor to room.

Nice place to stay
We have never stayed here before but found it for a last minute trip. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we needed to ask questions. The pool and hottub were good and very clean. Basic facilities but was an enjoyable stay. Despite the age of the hotel it was a nice. The hotel is getting some updates soon so should be better afterwards.

I booked the superior room for 3 people. Cleanliness: This is an older property but the room looked like it had been reno'd recently. I felt everything was clean and this was confirmed when I noticed even the window sills/blinds were clean! Beds: the mattress is very soft. Same with the pillows. I prefer a firm bed but the other two guests in my room LOVED the beds. A/C: AC was comfortable but loud in the middle of the night when it would intermittently turn on. Extra touches: There is a nespresso machine in the room which is a nice touch. Amenities: Did not use the pool/hot tub nor the fitness area so I cant provide feedback on that. Location: awesome location. I enjoy walking so everything is convenient. 15 min walk to Wayne and Freda Cafe. 8 min walk to the Penticton Channel! There is a Co-op corner store across the street and Denny's if you need something late night/quick. Front desk: Dealt with Colin the entire weekend. Such a gem! Im not from Penticton and he provided really good recommendations for everything! Pleasant and friendly person. Great at the job.
