The people was loud as hell after 10pm outside my door the mini fridge was unsanitary and the door was broken off so couldn’t even use it. I came there to escape the storm and couldn’t even keep anything cold had to use my cooler I’m glad I brought one. Not friendly at all! Was very displeased with my visit. Room was dirty when I checked in as well I had to clean it myself before bringing anything in

Just bad, fire alarm goes off at 1am jumps us out of bad, no reason, they refused experdia payment, so they could jack up the charge another 65 bucks. Taking advantage of people trying to get away from hurricane milton.place was filthy inside, looks like they make beds but never wash the blankets or bed sheets, unless this is your last place to go. Just dont stay here, i mean dont.

Charged me 25 dollars for a early check in fee then after I paid that they charged me for another $50 deposit which I was told I would get back and never did because I left the room way cleaner than when I got there. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the room to feel half way ok to sleep in. I feel like I was basically robbed for 75 additional dollars that nobody from Expedia told me I would have to pay after I booked and paid the room through them

I would have given them 5 stars, however I had a problem with the smoke detector not working properly. On Friday night I decided to take matters into my own hands and disconnect the unit since nothing had been done about it. It turns out that it was something as simple as replacing the battery and everything would have been fine. Everything else was satisfactory in the room and my stay there was a relaxing one once I quieted the noise.
