The staff was wonderful and the hotel is amazing. The breakfast has so many choices and everything is attended to so the food is always refreshed and in order. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment and weights for a good workout. I didn’t swim, but the water park looked incredible and everyone there was having a great time. You can walk right into the huge shopping mall from the lobby, which has every store you can think of, as well as dozens of restaurants. Great place to stay in Pattaya.

This hotel is such a gem. The hotel staff provided first class service. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The property was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My family loved our stay here. We will be back.
