Snow Flower #73 is a spacious two-bedroom condo with a sleeping loft and two bathrooms that comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. Located on the top floor of building II, access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
When not experiencing one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table that offers seating for six. Comfortable furniture in the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead to a private patio where you can relax on Adirondack chairs, take in the towering evergreen trees, and soak in the mountain air.
On the first floor, the main suite lends itself to a good night’s rest with a luxurious king-size bed, flat screen TV, well-appointed furniture, large closets, and en suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be made into a king-sized bed with 24 hours advanced notice and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is located on this level for added convenience and a queen-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping configurations.
A spiral staircase ascends to the second-level sleeping loft which includes two double-sized beds and a twin over double bunk bed. The shared bathroom has a dark granite countertop and a bathtub with a shower combination.
Condo amenities include wall-mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms, three TVs, a BBQ gas grill, and is designated non-smoking.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
