Rustic Moose Ski Condo in The Canyons of Park City!

This cozy condo in The Canyons Village of Park City is fully furnished with rustic log furniture and quality kitchen appliances. It features a king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa (with memory foam mattress) in the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, oven & glass cooktop, microwave and most small appliances and dishes that you might need. Basic spices and coffee filters are supplied. The living area features a gas-log fireplace, Smart TV and reclining chair. The condo is steps away from the hot tub, laundry facilities & sauna. It is on the main level, steps away from the parking lot and bus stop. During winter months there is a free shuttle (CV Connect) that can pick up guests at the parking lot and transport most anywhere within Canyons Resort Village including to the base of the ski lifts. The cabriolet is within walking distance as another alternative to getting to the slopes (0.3 miles). In the summer we have tennis & pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Hot tub & sauna are available year round. There is a golf course within one mile along with amazing hiking and scenery.

The unit is in an excellent location: Salt Lake City International Airport is 34 minutes away, Tanger Outlets, WalMart and restaurants are 6-10 minutes away and access to skiing is super close and easy! Also, there is a 7-Eleven that is only 3 minutes away by car and 8 minutes walking for quick necessities or fuel.

Quiet and Cozy!
We enjoyed our stay in Park City for a soccer tournament. This property was perfect for me and my daughter. The property is easy to get to and the parking is very close and not crowded. It was easy to load our things into the condo. It's a ground level unit so very few stairs to maneuver. It is a beautiful location, quiet. Lots of mature trees and lots of shade. The swimming pool is super close to the unit, but not too close :) We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a couple of times. It was never crowded and clean. The condo has a great layout. The bathroom is easy to access from the bedroom and the main area with a separate sink area. It made it easy to share the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes. The only thing I missed was a griddle, and we cooked a lot while there. The Bosch washer and dryer were a lifesaver for keeping uniforms clean with all of the soccer games. The bed was comfortable, and I didn't hear any complaints about the sofa bed. Monica was amazing to communicate with, and she even left us a treat, which I might be addicted to now :) My only surprise was that we didn't have AC. Totally my fault! I know a lot of the units in PC don't have AC because you don't usually need it.

The condo is extremely convenient, walkable to the Cabriolet lift and can ski back almost all the way to it. It was clean and well equipped. Monica is very responsive.

The property was very comfortable for 2 people with a short 5-6 min walk to the Cabriolet lift. The unit was in great condition with easy keyless access. The kitchen was well stocked. It worked great for us.

Close to ski in ski out as possible without actually clivking in on the door front.
Good communication with hosts, including an easy to understand e-mail. Clean, roomy, efficient and a nice mountaines decorated feel. Will definitely be staying there again when I return and would recommend to my 20 something friends, my 80yo grandparents and all in-between. Great place to stay, perfect for 2. The place can sleep four but it would be a bit tight. Well supplied kitchen. Monica is great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating. It could use more hot water/ a larger hot water tank. If 2 people showered back to back, the 2nd person will run out of hot water mid shower! Location is perfect for a ski vacation- short walk to the cabriolet. There is also a shuttle stop right outside that will take you to the lower village.
