Nicely Updated 3 Bedroom Condo with Ski Resort Views at Canyons Village

Nicely updated and tastefully appointed three bedroom ski condo at the Canyons Village of Park City Mountain Resort. The location of the condo is prime being located in the Canyons Village of the largest ski resort in North America, Park City Mountain resort! The condo is in a great location in the Red Pine complex, located just across the street from the clubhouse with amazing outdoor pools and two hot tubs, and views of the Canyons Gondola. It is also only a short 10 minute walk to the Canyons Cabriolet or a 5 minute free shuttle ride to the other ski lifts.

The well stocked kitchen is great if you want to stay in for meals or you're close to many restaurants in all price points if you choose to go out. After a day of skiing you can relax on the leather sofa in front of the flat panel HDTV or walk across the street to the on-site clubhouse, featuring indoor and outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, and year round outdoor pool. Free high speed WIFI is available throughout the unit. We also have a newer front loading washer and dryer in the unit, ski racks and lots of closet space.

Our unit also features a master suite with a very comfortable queen size pillow top mattress and cozy bedding. The en-suite master bathroom has a separate sink area. A large window with views of the mountains and ski lifts greets you upon waking every morning.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, a third loft bedroom with two more twin beds and a TV and another full bathroom. the upstairs window features more mountain and ski run views. Note: the loft area with the 2 twin beds is open to the living room below.

Out on the sunny west facing deck you will find a gas grill (Summer use only), quality patio furniture and more exceptional views of the ski runs, gondola and mountains!

If you choose to come for the Sundance Film Festival, the free Park City shuttle will take you right to all the venues.

Our condo is a perfect getaway for a group of up to 6 people. Smoking is prohibited inside our unit and on our outside deck. Sorry, but Red Pine does not allow pets. We also do not allow animals of any kind (emotional support, companion, or service animals.)

Pool/hot tub area is seasonally CLOSED from Labor day until Thanksgiving and from Mid April until Memorial day weekend.

Great location! Close to the clubhouse to swim.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the mountain, clubhouse and they have a free shuttle to take you to the Cabriolet or up to canyons village. Makes it easier to get where you need to go.

We enjoyed our condo in PC. The location was perfect. You could walk to the lift, but there is a very convenient shuttle that operates within the Canyons village that can get you and your gear anywhere in minutes. The condo was what we wanted as far as budget. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was not luxurious, but we spent 4 days on the slopes and it met our needs perfectly. We had a broken shower head in the upstairs bath and without exaggeration a new shower replacement was there within an hour. Nicer bedding would be a lovely addition. A little better lighting in the TV room as well.

Property was fine. Things to think about for future though Better lighting. Dim bulbs. No slip mat for showers. Bedding could be nicer. ( cotton blankets etc) We never turned heat on but it blasted out of baseboard under kitchen table. Too warm. Otherwise very nice thank you!

Place was clean and great location but only the master bedroom had privacy. The two upstair bedrooms had a wall open so can hear every noise downstairs living kitchen area. Dryer had to use three times to dry one load.

Fabulous location with lots of warmth, space and comfort

My family had a wonderful time and we very much enjoyed our stay. The hot pool was a huge hit and access to all the attractions nearby was excellent. The condo itself was warm and welcoming. Everything had a nice touch too - the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room.

Perfect for our needs

Very nice unit, in an excellent location. Extremely comfortable space for our family of four, including two teenagers. Right across the street from clubhouse with hot tub, and also very close (short walking distance) to Cabriolet lift to Canyons base area. Kitchen well-equipped and two full baths. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Location and Cozy Condo in Park City

My husband and two little boys (3.5 and 1.5) loved our stay here! It's right in between Kimball Junction and Park City downtown, so if you have a vehicle it is excellent to get to absolutely everything the mountain and town has to offer. Also short walk (a bit long for us in ski boots) to the Canyons lift. Best part was the heated outdoor pool and hot tub for apres ski in the lodge directly across from the condo. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice to have a washer/dryer on site too! Beds were comfortable - loved having lots of towels and pillows. Looking forward to heading back in December. Andy and Rhonda (owners) were extremely responsible and great to work with.

The condo was nicely furnished for our family of 5 to have a very comfortable stay.

The condo was centrally located to lots of outdoor activities, shopping, and all that Park City has to offer. We went to the clubhouse to use the hot tub and heated pool which was nice. The room had all of the cooking equipment that we needed so no need to run out to buy any extras. Beds were all comfortable and the area around was quiet allowing us to completely relax when the day was done. Would definitely stay again!

Great Spring Break Stay & Location

Just returned from a Spring Break ski trip with our family of 5. This condo unit was very clean with obvious updates to give it a more modern look and feel. There was plenty of sleeping space which was nice, and the photos are a very good representation of what the unit looks like inside. We spent 2 days at Canyons and 2 days at PCMR, and the consensus was that this condo was a great location since it was central to Kimball Junction (< 10 min) for grocery and other amenities, but also equally as close to PCMR (10 min), and with free parking everywhere, it was very convenient. The clubhouse had a heated outdoor pool, both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and a dry sauna ... all of which were nice after a full day on the slopes.

Excellent family condo in Canyons Village

We just returned from our stay at Park City and had to write a review of the wonderful condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. Nicely remodeled with upscale design. The kitchen was very well appointed, and included many items we would have never expected. The owners manage it very well as it was super CLEAN. They also responded very quickly when we had one little issue (light bulb) and had it solved same day. The layout is nice in that the kids had plenty of their own space and we had our master suite. The location is great. Very close to the base of the Canyons resort with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. We loved it and will be back!
