ABOUT: Park Regency is a well run resort located in the commercial Prospector Square section of town.
PARKING: There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit.
FREE BUS TO SKI AREAS: Park City offers a free bus (Yellow Line 5) that stops across the street from the resort on Prospector Ave. This bus will take guests directly to both the base of Park City Mountain or Deer Valley Resort (no bus change necessary). Additionally, the resort itself offers a complimentary shared shuttle service until 2pm, that will take guests to nearby attractions and destinations.
GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.
CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
LISTING PHOTOGRAPHS: This property is a timeshare. The photographs shown in this listing are merely representative samples of the rooms at the timeshare. The actual room assigned at check-in may differ somewhat than what is shown here. However, the room size and occupancy count are guaranteed. The quality of the rooms is similar.
HOUSE RULES: When making this reservation, you must agreed to the "House Rules and Violation Fees" document attached to the reservation. These have terms that apply to items chargeable to your deposit, such as not washing all your dishes, not taking out the trash out, or checking-out late.
FACILITIES SPECIAL TERMS: No refunds or pricing reductions if some of resort’s services and amenities (e.g. pool, hot tub, laundry) are not available or closed. Except for use of the rented unit itself, all other resort’s services and amenities are not included in the rental, but provided on a complimentary, non-guaranteed basis. Full refund is available only if the resort is shutdown (either fully or partially) AND the resort itself cancels the reservation. This means that no refund is available, if the resort can honor the reservation, but other attractions in the area are closed (e.g. ski lifts closed or lift reservations are unavailable). Claims for losses due to resort's own cancellation of the reservation are limited to the actual payment for rental of the unit, and claims for all other losses incurred by guest are waived (i.e. airfare, car rental, lift tickets, etc.).
HEALTH AND ILLNESS TERMS: No refund is available, if traveler is unable to use the rented property due to any health related issues or concerns for themselves or for others. Traveler agrees either to purchase their own insurance or to self-insure in order to cover any health related losses (e.g. coronavirus illness or quarantine).
