With four well-appointed suite-style bedrooms, each with private spa-like ensuite bathrooms, this spacious 2,700 square foot condo comfortably accommodates 14 guests with room to spread out, perfect for mountain memories to be made with family or friends.

A warm welcome awaits you at Abode at Alpine Penthouse. Make an entrance into your private penthouse unit and be wowed by the double-height great room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Gather round the grand hearth fireplace on surrounding plush seating and recount memories new and old, catch up on your favorite shows in front of the flat screen TV or place your bets on a game of poker at the game table with a cocktail from the wet bar and the Wasatch Mountains as your backdrop. When your adventure-hungry group has worked up an appetite, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals and dine in style at the dining table with seating for 10, or spread out to the four-seat breakfast bar or either of your private balconies set just off the kitchen & living areas.

The master suite provides a thoughtful and comfortable living space with a king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and full ensuite bath with double vanities, shower and deep soaking jetted tub to transport you to your own private spa experience anytime of the day. The second guest suite features a cozy king bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A third guest suite offers two queen beds, flat screen TV, private balcony with views of Canyons Village, a wet bar with microwave and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Finally, the fourth guest suite is perfect for the kids or group with two twins over a king bed plus one set of twin/twin bunks, flat screen TV, wet bar with microwave and ensuite bathroom separate shower & tub.

Great Family Ski Trip
Everyone in my family had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful condo!! There were 11 of us and we needed 4 bedrooms. This worked great because the families with young children could stay together. It was convenient to the ski slopes and the shuttle service to that area was very reliable. We didn’t even rent a car.

Perfect summer stay for large, multi generation family
This property was great for my family of 14 gathering. Everyone had a place to lay their heads and it had spaces for everyone to get quiet time. My family ranges in ages of 74-2. The location near canyons main area was wonderful to walk and hike up the Canyons mountain. Just a short drive to Park City Main Street and the Olympic Park. My only disappointment was we were charged a $40 a day resort fee. That was not listed in the property listing. We only used the garage to park. The Hyatt does not provide cleaning or clean towels for your stay. The unit did have a washer and dryer and cleaning supplys. That was nice. Simply good to know in advance.

The location is unbeatable for access to Canyons skiing and boarding. The property itself is lovely and spacious and very comfortably accommodated. However, there were a number of issue during our stay with the kitchen and laundry appliances and the kitchen cabinetry is pretty beat up. Overall, the kitchen is in need of an upgrade. In addition, given the cost of this unit and the fact that it is located at a Hyatt, it would have been nice to have some cleaning and towel service included in the price (we stayed 6 nights). I understand that it is VRBO, but we have stayed at the property through Hyatt on two previous occasions so there was an expectation that these services would be included, if not by Hyatt, at least by Abode. We had to take our trash to the dumpster in the garage regularly (it was a large group & there was no in-unit large garbage can), had to wash bath towels, and didn’t have robes for the outdoor hot tub.

Great Stay
We do thanksgiving often in PC and love it. This property/unit was the best we've experienced so far. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it was perfect for our family of 5. Cleanliness, accomodations and service was all top notch. A nice touch from the management company was a 6 pack of beer, some energy drinks and snacks but would've been nice if there was coffee in the unit for us, we had the maker (I believe it was a Keurig) but not actual coffee. Also, the ironing board in the primary bedroom was broken but there was one we could use in one of the other bedroom closets.

Great Location
Property was great, can rent equipment from 2nd floor of hotel and ride lift directly from 2nd floor if you can handle blues. Walk to gondola to get to green area in about 5 minutes. Great spot to build snowmen and sled outside of hotel. Worked great for multifamily vacation.
