After 14 trips to Paris we have stayed here for the past two times. The hotel and staff are wonderful. We had the junior suite with Paris view and loved watching and walking across the street to the Christmas Village. Line 1 for the metro is also just across the street. Loved it and will definitely recommend.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving Holiday in the Louvre suite. We had a great view of the Tuileries Gardens and Eiffel Tower from our room. One night I saw the Eiffel Tower sparkling. It was magical. The room was really nice for my mom and I. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was a dream and the tub. The towel warmer was a nice touch. Breakfast was great every morning and the staff were all very accommodating for us during our stay even helping us with taxis during our stay. One staff member walked us to the area where Ubers pick up as well. It was raining during our stay and they had umbrellas in the lobby.

Unfortunately, my experience here was based on the photos of the hotel, which were not consistent with reality. We stayed in a suite, and while I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, I expected a clean room. (Maybe the individual rooms are updated.) The bathroom was the worst! Horrendous. Such old grout and tile that was not well cleaned. It was clear they have not used bleach or re-grouted the bathrooms. It was so gross I couldn’t shower and asked to change rooms or was seriously going to another hotel altogether. The new room was only slightly better but still quite gross. The rooms were so hot we had to ask for a fan to be brought it. No outlets near the beds and some didn’t work at all! Rooms very dark. No washcloths at this hotel either. Not at all a comfortable place to stay after walking all day and won’t return.

Great hotel/hot room
Loved the location of hotel. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Only complaint was the room was hot and air conditioning was on ‘fall/winter conservation’. Room would not cool down during the day. This would definitely be a factor in choosing hotel in the future.
