This cool and contemporary resort condo features a scenic, wraparound, furnished balcony with access from the living room and both bedrooms. The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded cabinetry and appliances as well as a breakfast bar, perfect for socializing or snacking. Enjoy full meals at the elegant dining table, and then meet up in your beautifully furnished living area to catch up on your favorite shows or movies on the TV. You will also enjoy access to multiple pools, a fitness center, and, of course, miles of soft sandy beach just steps away.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. And you'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like the Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Favorite Beach but not favorite condo
Seychelles has been my favorite condo in PCB since 2008. This time, however, the condo didn’t match the description. It was dated and the paint job looked like a 7 year old tried to hurry and cover up a mess they made, the refrigerator door felt like it would fall off each time you opened it. Neither balcony doors would lock. Maintenance showed up in our room twice without being called. It made me very uneasy considering we had 3 preteen-teenage girls with us. The gate to and from the beach wasn’t secure, you could come in and out without a code. Same for the door leading to the elevators from the pool. We were kicked out of our beach chairs we rented on the beach bc they picked them up 48 hours before the storm was supposed to hit. Closed the pool 48 hours before the storm hit. Basically the last day we had to entertain ourselves outside the condo bc we couldn’t spend time on the beach or at the pool. Additionally, we left a day early due to the storm, but the host refused to refund a portion of our money over a natural disaster we couldn’t control. Worst experience at Seychelles since 2008. I think I’ll move on to another condo down the beach next year.

Looked like a first time DIYer got hired with a fake resume.
First the good- Checkin was super easy, Parking garage is nice- location is away from from the main strip and located near St Andrews and is a few minutes from Winn Dixie and Publics as well as numerous restaurants. The room allowed us to have a beach chair which saved 40$ a day. The size of the facilty was nice. The wrap around balcony was outstanding, and offered a view of the ocean and the city. The Bad: For the price of the unit, it would seem as though the owner would take a bit more pride in how the facilities are taken care of. As the title statethere were numerous areas that looked like someone bought some walmart tool and claimed to be an expert and got hired. That might actually be a knock on some beginner DIYers. The lack of care about doing a job blows my mind, however, an outlet on the wall had a gap on the side, paint was still on the frame of the door, a sprinkler was put in and the large hole it fit in was left open, closet wall had random paint left on it, thr baseboards looked awful, the curtains over the door were moved and the previous spots were left unpainted, fridge handle was swapped over and the holes were noticeable on the fridge, the pull out matress or cushions had a smell of urine on the, food pieces were left under the edge of the carpet, the handle on the kitchen sink was awful, thedishwasher was outdated, and this part was not the rooms fault but the buildings, but I dont like my 1 yr old having to smell skunk (herbs) on the balcony.

Great views, needs updates
When we were looking for a place we read the reviews, they are pretty accurate. The unit has a great view from ocean side all around to the bay side. May be the best views of any place we have stayed. That being said.... the outlets on the bar island still not working, the couch is still really bad and the master bed mattress is still really saggy. Also there is no dead bolt lock so anyone who has the code can and will come in as we found out. A maintenance worker said he rung the doorbell ( which doesn't work) and came on in. We wedged a chair under the doorknob to prevent this.. The place has so much potential, but this explains why it's cheaper than other units at same facility..

We have stayed at Seychelles Condo before and loved it which is the reason we came back. The staff and all employees of wonderful, accommodating, and professional. We still love the location but this particular unit just was not up to par. It was not as clean as it should’ve been there was mold in the second bathroom where the tub and shower did not meet appropriately. The microwave in the kitchen only worked on certain numbers and only a few of them even actually actually worked at all. Not one single electrical outlet on the kitchen island worked There were bulbs missing from the dining room chandelier and the two tiny lamps in the living room did little to light that room up for us so that you could only sit and read a book during the day when you had good light coming in. The dishwasher has seen better days and the bottom tray did not slide in and out very nicely at all in fact it was very awkward. I don’t know how often you replace the living room sofas but they really do need it, we sank practically to the floor when we sat down in them. The refrigerator door handle was practically falling off and wobbly. And I don’t know why but every time we went out on the balcony in our Bare feet we came in with the bottoms of our feet totally black. There were more things that we noticed but You get the idea - while the location and the corner condo is so ideal all of these little things put together kind of put a wet blanket over the experience. I don’t know if the condo is owner maintained or if it is a company that does the maintenance but somebody is falling short on this unit. This is not at all how we remember our first experience at Seychelles and it was a bit of a disappointing letdown. For the money we really expected better quality control of these and more maintenance issues.
