Les Suites Hotel Ottawa is in a good location near Byward Market, University of Ottawa and Parliament. The staff are friendly and the room was clean. Furniture looks older.

Having suites downtown is great, updated room was great, no carpet is a plus. We’ve stayed here a few other times and will probably stay again. Didn’t like overall uncleanliness, example - the elevator was filthy. Fridge in room was not cold (freezer was fine), bathroom fan was hanging loose from ceiling.

I had booked a classic queen and likely got the modern king. It was large! The living room had just a couch and table but the dining room table was large as was the kitchen. The laundry and storage was a great way to keep the luggage hidden away. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean. It was a great stay.

The check in time is 3pm I got there with my kids 4pm and they told me room was not ready and will not be ready till 5pm , also there was no parking at the front for check in . There was so much also rooms are not noise proof so much noise was coming from outside basically we could not sleep all night , I will never stay in this hotel again

I like their spacious suite. It is very convenient to have a washer and dryer inside the room. The pool was nice and clean. It will be great to have a hot tub. I stayed in a suite next to the elevator well. It was convenient but a little noisy because of the mechanical noise coming from the operation of the elevators.
