Everything was excellent. Sometimes there were no staff at the front which can make it unsafe but I guess there would be cameras in the lobby but still it would be great to have someone be in the lobby at all times. Also, wish there was EV charging. I was able to charge using my own cable for one night but the second night, one of the outlets were not working and the other ones had gas cars parked. Would be nice to have spots next to outlets labeled for EVs. Thanks.

I had to book this last minute because of a flight cancellation. Not my happiest of days BUT the suite was really gorgeous and so convenient. Love that there’s a little convenience store at the front desk and the suite had a full workstation, comfy bed, big bathroom, full kitchen. And the price was really reasonable. Thanks for making a really annoying travel day more bearable at the end.

I booked for 5 people and was only given 3 towels, I called house keeping and the front next a few times and no one answered. When we went to the front desk and asked for 2 more towels I was given attitude from the staff at the front, questioning me if had indeed booked for 5 people and were not very friendly.
