I enjoyed the whole spa experience, and the food that we ate was great. I would say the hotel room itself, though, for the price was way too over priced for what the room was. The bed was comfy. Aside from that the fridge was on the floor so you had to crouch down to put anything in or out of it. The coffee pot was on top of the little fridge in a dark corner with no light in you couldn’t see how it worked or anything. Not great room wise , lacking toilet paper and bed moved around on floor when in and out of it .

It's mid. I thought that it would be a cute place for a romantic "staycation" but it's not really (actually I made a special request and it was handled awkwardly). I didn't intend to go to the spa, but I find it weird that a hotel would have a massive separately-run spa without a pool that hotel guests can access. The whole place smells like chlorine up to the hallways in upper floors (and the parking is mostly full of spa visitors). We couldn't even get the shower water hot before bedtime; it's weird being shivering cold with a giant hot tub outside your window. Decent parking situation, I guess; a nice quiet location which is not-too-far from the city. But I wouldn't recommend it.

We showed up late for the spa between 5 and 6pm and we were told by the spa personnel that we would have access to the spa in the morning between 9am and 12pm. We did not request this, the spa told us this information. In the morning they denied me access to the spa, when I only wanted to use it between 11am and 12pm? Brutal service!!! Makes no sense to treat a customer like this, the spa loses nothing!
