The tv didn't work the entire stay even though I let the front desk know and when I checked in I told the woman at the desk I literally almost got into a car accident 30 seconds before coming into the hotel and the woman wasn't even listening and said "that's nice!"

The staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and inviting. We did wish there was an option for music on the tv, but all in all great hotel in the downtown core!

We stayed in a family room for 2 nights (2 adults, 2 children). Pros: - Reasonable price - Clean room Cons: - Very small room, highly uncomfortable for a family of 4 - Lighting is unpleasant and too bright, feels like fluorencent lights - Hot water takes 5-7 minutes to flow in the shower - No crib provided despite requesting it at online check-in - No ramp or automatic door, we needed to pick up the stroller to go up the stairs. - No family-friendly amenities such as a microwave oven in the room - Bathroom door badly adjusted and making noise upon opening and closing (waking up baby) Overall a pretty poor experience, we do not recommend for traveling with kids

As soon as we got there, we were greeted by a very nice worker there. I needed information on where to park my car, this gentleman got out of his way to guide us to the parking area. He also took our car information and was already at the front desk. I did not get his name. We felt very welcome there. We will be booking again and I’m referring this hotel to our friends and family.

the hotel staff was amazing, but the bar had no drink avalaible. otdered 5 different drink and they were out. and the server did not have her priority asked for the bill waited 20 minutes to get the bill. we were 3 tables in the bar. this was last saturfay
