Front desks who seems just finished school needs more training handle guests small request and borders unfriendly. Just ask to send message to room cleaning I’m back in four hours and totally dismissive like I cannot promise? I don’t need promises just send my message, even I said I’ll sit down by the lobby. Either her English is limited or she’s racist and bossy. What it takes 12hrs before they service the room?

Lovely stay, delicious breakfast, great location, amazing meal in the roof top restaurant. A shame there was no milk in the room for a cup of tea & told at the ground level bar we should pay for milk!

Good stay. While we were staying the hotel offered a Wednesday morning run club. Would highly recommend for anybody so inclined. Great way to see and learn about the city and meet new people.

The location of the Raddison is ideal for getting about and seeing everything a tourist would want to see. The staff especially Prana who checked us in went above and beyond in their service and were fantastic. Only downside was we were upgraded to a Fjord view suit to find the shower head didnt work in the bathroom and there was construction work being carried out on 2 days that we werent made aware off which did spoil one day which happened to be my birthday. Other than that everything was great and I'd absolute stay there again for the hospitality alone.

Bathroom needed a good scrub and there was milk in our fridge that wasn’t meant to be there, luckily we didn’t use it for our tea in the morning thinking it was supplied for us instead of the awful “creamer” they give you.
