Too many little things add up to a disappointment
Too many little things. Finding the check-in desk was confusing. They could do a better job with signs there to start (take the elevator to the 7th floor). I was promised a sparkling wine would be in my room each night and had to ask for it the first night and never got it the second. The shampoo dispenser was empty and the soap dispenser in the shower broke and couldn’t be used. I couldn’t find the room service menu (it’s on the TV). The bar service was lacking. And the room key as a pass to your floor in the elevator didn’t work consistently resulting in more than one round trip before I could get to my floor. I’m being too picky. Any one of these would have been no big deal. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, the location and price good. But I’ll look elsewhere first before I book this hotel again.

Room is so comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in Times Square. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here and all the staff was very kind and helpful. This is my second time staying and I highly reccomend it to anyone. Best sleep I’ve ever had in my life.

I loved the place but I do hope they find a way so you don’t need to get staff to summon the service elevator to get to the lower floor gym. Everything else is wonderful-location, rooftop bar, it was a little chilly for the pool but you can tell it’s a nice one.

The location was PRIME to downtown Manhattan! They advertised happy hour Mon - Fri from 12-8, but most bars said this was only a summer time thing. I believe it was only good on 2nd floor, but for the same hotel, we didn’t understand why so disjointed. The elevators were pathetic and would not take us to our floor. 3 of the 4 did not work. That needs to be fixed immediately! The rooms were nice and amenities were refreshed daily. Loved having a small fridge in the room but they need to list this in room features. We did not know. Food options were good and we loved the rooftop bar, but each bar had separate pricing. Sort of disjointed as if they were managed separately.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the mist of everything. The theme of the hotel was executed perfectly and it was nice and clean!. All staff were helpful and friendly. I didn’t have any issues. No complaints, will definitely recommend coming here. I will be coming back next time I come out to NYC
