THE ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED SMELLED OF SEWAGE, THE CARPETS WERE HEAVILY STAINED, AND THE WALLS WERE EXTREMELY DIRTY. WE NOTIFIED THE RECEPTIONIST IMMEDIATELY. HOTEL MANAGEMENT WENT ON TO SAY THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS OF THE SAME TYPE AVAILABLE. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $500 DOLLARS FOR A ROOM THAT DID NOT SMELL.

We requested a room for 3 adults and one child for every hotel in every city we visited in Japan and this was the only hotel that only provided 3 beds and that only included breakfast for 3 people. We spent 3 rather uncomfortable nights and had to pay for my daughter’s breakfast. The staff at the reception was not very empathetic. The rooms are a bit run down. The food is good and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly.

This hotel has great rooms that are quiet, even on a busy street (at least courtyard facing rooms are quiet!). It's in the middle of a very busy walking street, so anything you need is just outside. The entrance to the underground mall is half a block down and within that mall is the metro station. You simply walk by a line of underground shops to get there. We particularly loved the lounge at night. Has a very nice offering of snacks, dessert waffles with toppings, and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). This was wonderful after long days of touring Osaka, so thank you for providing that lounge! We also appreciated the free laundry room with many machines. It has a very cool vacuum sealer machine to reduce the size of your garments in your suitcase. Wish we had used it, but definitely appreciated being able to do our laundry!

The property was located right in the shopping area of Osaka with dontonbori a couple minutes walk. The rooms were clean and the only downside was on the floor I was placed on the hall smelled like tobacco. My room was a non smoking room and I’m not sure if they have some smoking rooms available or not but it did have a light smell of it. Overall the staff were amazing. The room was clean and they had great amenities, toothbrush, wash cloth, razor, hair restraint. Overall would come back.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We have a very nice experience with the staff. Great location, can’t beat that. Accessible to shops, restaurants and more. They have 24hour laundry free of charge and welcome lounge, great addition to their amenities. Though we didn’t got a chance to use it. The reception area is very spacious and clean. They have separate elevators going to rooms. The downside (for us) was, the room was dirty, especially the carpet. It doesn’t look like it was cleaned before we checked in and was not maintained properly. But the room we’re in was very spacious (it was on the top floor), which I didn’t expected it to be. Also, the water pressure is low and the shower head holder is fix. Hopefully, they will monitor the maintenance of each and every room. It is very important for traveller, most especially for families, to have a nice, clean room to stay and sleep in after a tiring day.

This place is right in the middle of a crazy, busy mall, so be prepared for that. You can hear the street sound from your room. But, it also means you're close to the action. It is a great hotel with good amenities. Laundry and guest room facilities in particular were a great touch.

Our room was not very clean, the comforter had fresh stains, there were hair on pillows; though bathroom was clean. We didn’t know there were welcome snacks. The hotel location was great, and the hotel had good facilities.

Triple Share and still had some space!

The hotel is in a fantastic location and easily accessible from the metro station. Lots of facilities available. Best part is that the beds are comfortable and even with 3 beds in the room we had space to function. This hasn’t been the case in most of the hotels we’ve stayed in on this trip. The breakfast is excellent too.

Hotel access is easy to Namba station, dotonburi, kurumon market, and other nearby areas. The entrance, lobby, dining area, 3rd floor guest rooms and laundry room was renovated recently and is much better from our last stay in 2023. Hopefully the rooms from the 4th floor up are the next big upgrade. They had a great breakfast buffet to get your day started Overall great area to stay, has great strategic location. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family for their stay when visiting Osaka.

Location for the win, stains for the fail.

Excellent location in the heart of the action. Happy hour lounge access was a nice perk as well. But, the room was small with stains all over the carpet. Pretty gross overall aside from the location.

We stayed a night in Osaka and the room they assigned us to had no electricity in the restroom and the room smelled awful. We were offered a suite and paid for the difference. I was hoping to get the free upgrade but was not given that. Breakfast was great but was very disappointed in the first room assigned to us. Super small, no electricity and smelled terrible. If we came back, we would stay in the suite again. The area around the hotel was amazing
