Excellent staff, nice hotel.
The staff is just EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and kind. The room had a large shower, comfortable bed, kitchenette, which in Orlando is awesome because restaurants are expensive and a good walk away. The pool was a bit cool in November, but lovely to sit by. The buffet was good. Only one problem, the air conditioning was either hot or cold, no in between. I suggest setting the fan on low as it's more comfortable.

Less than what I expected
The room was average and a little over priced in my opinion. My room door was broken and had to be lifted in order to shut or open it. Be aware that they charge $26 per day for parking. I expect that from a resort not an average hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful place, it’s kept really clean and tidy. My only dislike was getting charged to park in their parking lot, almost as much as the theme parks, $26 daily is way too much.

The hotel is in the perfect location. 5 minutes from sea world, 15 minutes from universal, around the corner from Disney springs, and down the street from grocery shopping and gas. The room had a kitchenette with all the necessary items to cook and serve food for a family of 4. Had a full size fridge, dish washer and microwave. The only complaint we had was the pool was not heated and there is not a jacuzzi on site.
