El hotel está muy mal mantenido. No nos han limpiado la habitación. No teníamos toallas limpias y tuve que esperar más de 1 hora y 3 llamadas para que nos trajeran toallas limpias. Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. Me he hospedado antes aquí y ha decaído mucho. No regresaré.

They didn’t help with the right check in but 3 hours late and I couldn’t attend my 8th month baby properly, they told me that they had executive members with late check out which is nonsense to any client even if I’m a member too and they even know that There’s no car bags available in any of 3 days to carry bags so it’s so hard and they hold me that guest left them at halls so mainly you have to handle anything when you stay with them

We stayed 6 nights, our room was cleaned twice, and the days the room was not cleaned they just drop a bag of clean towels on the bed, At the front desk they said it was hotel policy and standard, Poor service and cleanliness in general, Would not consider the hotel again, Thanks
