Start your Florida vacation in this home's private covered lanai, huge pool, and spillover spa. You'll love the open concept first floor, themed bedrooms and superhero themed lounge room. This is a new home built in the resort in 2019. Enjoy the Windsor at Westside Resort clubhouse, including poolside dining at the Tu Casa Tiki Bar and Fireplace Lounge.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
First the good! The house was as listed. The Bad! One recommendation for the owner is to have a welcome guide/manual that explains how the remotes work, the front door deadbolt works and how the hot tub/pool lights work. First time I ever rented a home without one. The UGLY! Vacasa customer service sucks. We asked for pool heat, we did not hear anything and sent an email March 3 with a March 18 check in ensuring the pool/hot tub heat was on. We did not hear anything and followed up again, no word. Two days prior to our arrival we receive an email that we needed to call the office and confirm our credit card number. They also stated they were sorry for the delay due to a high number of inquiries. So we called Vacasa immediately and spoke to a person who informed us we needed to call sooner as Vacasa will not be able to turn the pool heat on. Unacceptable. This person consulted with her Supervisor, at our request, and then confirmed the pool/hot tub heat would be on. We arrived on March 18 and both pool and hot tub were so cold the grand kids would not get in. We immediately called to further complain and they would not credit us, and blamed us! It was never rectified and we have yet to receive a full refund. A tech showed up half way through our 10 day rental, confirmed the pool was freezing and had not idea what was going on. Vacasa are brutal, be careful with the,. No apology from them at this stage will work. Just want my money back.

Great place
Just a few things happened. Within 2 minutes of arreval , the 3 year old bumped the entrance table and knocked off a knick knack. One of the chairs lost a leg when I picked it up to move it and the refrigerator froze a lot of things until we turned it down. Possibly turned down by the same 3 year old. Otherwise we had a great time.

Property as Advertised--VA Traveler
We enjoyed being with family under one roof for our vacation. The property was nice and we would stay there again. This property was as advertised and it was clean for the most part (the carpet could have been cleaner and we had to spray for ants). The pool was not clean when we arrived but someone came the next day to clean it (a more timely cleaning would have been ideal). The dining room chairs were wobbly, the ice maker was broken, and the vegetable/fruit crisper drawer was broken, but everything else was functional. The pool furniture had light fabric, so stains were visible, and a couple of chairs were broken and there were no pool toys or pool nets to clean the pool. There was not much parking if guests have multiple cars.

Last Minute Rental
Our cruise out of Port Canaveral was canceled at the last minute and we needed a place to stay for 16 family members. The property was very accommodating. The management company helped us with a couple things and everything worked out.

The house was adequate, fairly clean but in need of updating. The patio furniture needs to be replaced, the pool was cold. Also the electronic lock on the front door worked sporadically forcing us to lock the front door from the inside and leave out of the patio door and leave it unlocked so we could get back in. I texted the management company at the start of our stay but never received a reply. We ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags. We were a little disappointed in the house, but it served it's purpose.

Terrible!! Pick a different house! Filthy not maintained very well.
This house is gross! The pictures look great but I’m reality it’s terrible!! We had to have the cleaning company come back a second time they still did a terrible job and we cleaned ourselves! The carpet is some of the worst I have ever seen it was so disgusting we wore socks or flip flops the entire time it’s so gross! All furniture is stained, pool dirty and never cleaned, decorations in the house taped to walls with packing tape, most of the games didn’t work, toilet paper holder broken and holes in walls, mold in showers, Community pool nice but if your going go early to get a spot or end up sitting on concrete sidewalk, neighborhood is load and security does nothing when called at 3-4 am. So many options out there pick a different one
