The bathroom was moldy because lack of ventilation. The bathroom door didn't close. The tub drains really slow so you are standing in ankle deep water the whole time. You have to request room service and when I did i didn't receive any towels. The mini fridge was really rusty and it didn't cool well. On a positive note the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful

There’s better options out there…
Check in took about 45 minutes. Booked online and they had no rooms available. Saw reservation but didn’t have room to accommodate. Found a room. It’s was ok. A roach joined us for our morning shower. Phone system not working throughout property. Couldn’t get a hold of management or anyone above overnight staff.

O hotel possui ótima limpeza eu peguei um quarto reformado eu não sei se todos estão da mesma forma, mas não tinha mais carpete ja tem piso laminado no quarto e o banheiro tudo novo, uma pequena area de cozinha com microondas e uma pia também um bom espaço para refeição, a localização é ótima do lado da av international drive muito proximo de tudo.

The initial room was allotted was not clean, we got allergic due to the dust got accumulated in the AC, once we reported, staff allotted another room which was in good condition.
