I didn't like having to pay a $15. Charge to park and I didn't like having to pay for breakfast. So I didn't. We went to a drive up restaurant and ate inside

We had the two room suite. It was great for accommodating our party of 5. Wonderful kitchen and living areas in between the rooms were a great gathering point. The swimming areas looked nice, we did not get to go, due to rain. The other amenities at property were nice. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. There is also a convenient store right next to property and some restaurants in walking distance. Great location between Disney and Universal areas.

The building, furniture and decor is showing signs of age, but it still feels very clean. The rooms set up is so nice for a family of 5. I love the courtyard, plants and greenery are so well kept.

Front desk gave me a hard time providing extra bedsheets and pillows. I had to sleep without a pillow. I also asked for towels and were tough to get. There explanation was we had enough. The room had only 2 dinning chairs for a party of 5. The breakfast tickets were not given as promoted. Would not recommend this stay.

When we got there the beds were not made had someone bring sheets and blankets up -1 pillow had stains-a small roach came out of the drain in the sink-the towels are so rough it feels like sandpaper and last night I went to open our room door and the handle broke I went to call front desk cause we were locked in and it didn’t work lucky my husband was able to get us out. The thing that sucked the most was the front desk when I told him our room beds weren’t made and was unsure if the room had been fully service but since it was 1:30am he seem not to care and we were so tired I just made our bed
