Do not stay here
This should not be a four star rated resort the rooms freaked of mold. There were wet spots in the ceiling mold in the lamps and the resort fee and parking fee are extra and not included which is absolutely ridiculous. The “resort” fee includes water pool access and a “complimentary”Appetizer which could only be 12 dollars which leaves only one which is Mozzarella sticks which you only get 3 but the place isn’t open half the week so you don’t actually get that. It’s a terrible place to stay and I would not do it again or ever recommend this place to anyone

I would never have guessed this was a resort by looking at it. The rooms didn't even have standard USB plugs. No microwaves. Super dusty light fixtures. Parking was a pain and they charge you $25 a day to park your own car on the property. Plus a resort fee daily for what I'm not sure. Bed was super uncomfortable. Halls were dirty and carpets stained. Half of my stay one of the 2 elevators was down, making things quite inconvenient. Bars and restaurants closed down super early. All in all it was pretty low end for the price along with the extra fees they hit you with. The staff wasn't great either. The girl doing the check in and out didn't even look up from her computer when we came to the desk with questions etc. Very disappointing.

Our smelled bad. I don’t think they changed bed linen. We had no hot water. Had to change rooms. $25 dollars a day to park. They claim they are a resort. Not even close. Had to pay for continental breakfast. What a joke.

It's not a Sheraton hotel
The hotel looks older, but they have good staff. The personal is friendly. The best is the location. The bathroom extractor wasn't working. I would stay at this hotel again because of the proximity attractions, but is not a Sheraton hotel maybe they will change the name for other cheaper because you're waiting the standard of Sheraton hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and decent. Nothing fancy but if you're looking for a cheap weekend stay I would recommend. The only thing I didn't like were the parking fees which was way over priced.
