This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel description mentions free shuttles to theme parks but when i called in the morning they said they dont do shuttle services. Then during the day, we called front desk 3 times and it kept going to voicemail, then we went to the front desk to request house keeping to clean the room and give new towels but when we came back to the room, it was still dirty, beds still unmade and not even the trash was taken out. When i called the front desk, they said all the house keeping staff is about to leave, not left, about to leave and they cant do anything and instead, they'll clean it first thing tomorrow BUT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECKOUT TOMORROW AT 11. SO THERES NO POINT OF A CLEAN ROOM WHEN WE'RE NOT THERE. Honestly, its better to avoid it. Everythings new and looks nice but not worth it. Especially considering the price.

Overall, the property was quiet. There was some water leaks around the elevator and no coffee maker. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are vety comfortable. Great showers. Never had any issues with no hot water. The staff members that we talked to are friendly and professional. However we got woken up by a front desk staff member sometine between 11PM and midnight, my wife told me she called and had asked if we were smoking outside our door on the balcony. My wife said No. She said the clerk was very rude about it I was disappointed that they dont offer a free breakfast. They have a amall menu of grab and go items , but overpriced. And the rooms dont have coffee makers in them. . I don't think we will be staying here again.
