No Positive comment regarding Grande Vista Marriott Club Vacations! Beware…! They will blame Expedia for reservation cancellations and put you in a corner to figure it out yourself when Expedia has nothing to do with it! They will then blame storms and their staff for your cancellation after you return home from your vacation but will not assist you in making it right and tell you lie after lie when standing at their front desk ..! First Time Marriott has ever disappointed. I’m sure it won’t be the last after what Marriott Customer Care Advocate offered as compensation for a disaster's experience! Thank you Expedia for never leaving me hanging while on the phone with your customer support at the front desk and making sure that we were completely checked in before you hung up and also Thank you for the compensation you applied to my Expedia account for a mistake you had absolutely nothing to do with…!

We absolutely love the Marriott Grande Vista. We have stayed there many times and think it’s just the best resort with the best staff. Always have a great time. I only had one complaint this time. All day Sunday and Sunday evening they had a big screen playing football. Not what I want to see or hear while trying to vacation by the pool. It was not relaxing, so we left and went to another pool which it looked like a lot of others were doing as well.

Overall, language barrier was disappointing since we couldn't get help for Spanish speakers, when we thought we found some one who might speak Spanish answer was negative; I hope that was true and not a racist behavior. room/ housekeeping was poor we request change of sheets never happened, bathroom was poorly cleaned. Not sure if I'll recommend.

My nieces and I weathered Hurricane Milton there and couldn't have felt more safe! The staff constantly communicated with us and were always concerned about our care and safety. The property was amazing! Our short stay and other plans didn't permit us to take advantage of the many amenities and activities. I'd definitely stay there again!!

Fabulous place! I took my son for his third birthday for the week and it was such a pleasure! The front desk even put balloons cookies and a card in our room surprised when we came back from magic kingdom! Highly recommend, kids friendly, family friendly! The have a large screen over the pool for Disney movies through the day! I will definitely be back next year… or sooner

Great hotel
The hotel was very nice. We were there because we were visiting with friends. Would stay again. Everything was clean. Property was well maintained even after a hurricane flew through the days prior.

For a premium hotel it was just average.. the grounds keepers do an amazing job, all the area surrounding the buildings were immaculate. The buildings themselves felt dated and run down. The room was clean enough and was nice. The internet service was very slow and there was very limited cell service, 1 bar with verizon most times. They did have several activities going on throughout our stay and have a calender to keep you notified of these events. The poolside movie theater was a nice touch. Overall this was just an average stay for me, i would likely try a different hotel when i return.
