The room was dirty, there was roaches crawling around the room the sink was stopped up. The tub faucet was rusted the toilet handle was messed up, it barley flush

It’s not like the pictures showing in the website, breakfast is very limited , just waffles and bread, the hotel is under remodeling , elevator wasn’t working, it was just for 1 night but for 15 bucks more I’ve could stay in a better place .

The front desk staff was very helpful. There was a lot of remodel/construction going on, but we neve heard construction noise. Our room was clean a well stocked. Great stay!

The staff was great, but one thing I didn’t agree with on their website. It says they have hot breakfast but when I got there, they only had continental breakfast.

I didn’t end up staying. I booked a room for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids). When we arrived at the room there were only two double beds and in no way could accommodate the 5 of us. We were only in the room long enough to call the front desk to see if there was a different room that could sleep all 5 of us. Since there was no room the front desk said they would approve a refund and to drop off the key at the front desk. We left the room as we found it and dropped the key off at the front desk. We were there for no more than 10 minutes and then drove 2 hours home. The next morning when I tried requesting the refund the hotel was trying to deny it saying that we did stay in the room and the bed was obviously slept in. When I requested they show us pictures of the room they sent me a picture of a room that had obviously been used by someone that wasn’t us. We didn’t even sit on the beds. The manager on Sunday was horrible called me a liar saying I didn’t return the key, that the bed was obviously slept in and that they would not process a refund (see pics attached sent to me). I emailed the GM of the hotel and demand they look at the cameras for the amount of time we were in the room and to see who else went in the room after us because it was not us in only 1 bed. After he reviewed the cameras he determined that we were in fact in the room for only 9 minutes and that I had returned the key to the front desk. It was a fight to get my refund.

You should advice that ELEVATOR is not working we stop to sleep and keep traveling we had to use stairs to the third floor, then they gave us a room that was already occupy supposedly we were upgraded to a room that smell like smoke. It’s my first time that l felt so terrible could not sleep because it was so stuffy, the person that gave us another room said we needed exercise 😨😨😨😨

So I wasn’t surprised when the windows where gray with dirt. The final straw was when I took a shower and the smoke detector went off. I finally give up and went and checked out early

I don’t like that the elevator was out of order. The receptionist tried to give me a room on the 3rd floor with the elevator not working. I had to asked for a room on 1st floor as my knees were hurting and I was tired from traveling the whole day. Entering #127 room, I noticed a big hole on the back spring of bed, and toilet bowl stains. Asked for another room and was given room 121 with a twin bed and again toilet bowl stains! Took a picture of stains in toilet bowl and went back to desk to try getting a decent looking room, but there are no such thing as a decent room here. Was given a room on 3rd floor. Had no choice but to take it since the other rooms were not looking good. Third floor room was huge, but had a funny smell, back spring had a smaller hole and toilet bowl stains were worse than the 1st floor rooms. Had to say no and decided to keep #127. Asked for a sheet to cover hole on back spring. Turned down bed to find a big spot on the sheet. Too damn exhausted to go back and complain so I sprayed almost a whole can of Lysol on the bed and stayed away from the side with spot. I don’t get why anyone would give this place any good ratings. Shame on the owner for not changing out the back springs with holes and stained toilet bowls.!!!!!!!
