Although the staff were very friendly and quick, my room wasnā€™t the greatest. When walking to the room, the hotel smells old and damp. The bathroom in my room had mold on the wall and under the faucet. One morning, I got up to turn the air conditioner down and a roach came crawling out the vent. I was a little uncomfortable staying there.

Horrible experience . Did not expect La Quinta to be so bad and Hotels.com ratings to be so wrong. Stinky bathrooms, sticky floor and carpet because of dirt. Horrible service , no drinking water at the hotel. The coffee maker in the room had fungus in it . No room service could be requested via phone . One has to physically go to the front desk to ask for anything and everything . The desk was not properly manned , the same staff member had to be at front desk , do the hotel rounds and do the laundry . I literally had to wait 55 mins to get a clean set of towels

There was no refrigerator or microwave, we asked at the counter and they said that not all the rooms were available, but I booked 3 rooms and two did have them, why did I pay the same as the ones that did have them???

Great location!
You get what you pay for BUT staff was so friendly, the place was a little run down but we were at universal for our entire stay and sea world so location was great. Pool was old but no one really used it but we used it one day and met some amazing people staying there. Over great experience they even lost my daughter's lost cell phone. They were great with my daughter's service dog too!

We just need a decent place to stay for a mini vacation and this hotel was ok. The bathroom was smelly, they probably clean it with old water or something. Otherwise, staffs are great. Check in and out process was smooth.
