Don't EVER stay. It was disgusting. How a company can even have a hotel like this is beyond me. It should be condemned. The outside had water dripping from all over and it was sunny. The beds in the room were so saggy you couldn't get up from just sitting on them. The bathroom was beyond horrible. The toilet seat was barely connected to the toilet and the tub was rusted and had water continuously running.

Moldy Bathroom, no sink plug, Curtains did not block the outside lighting, did not have a stand for the suitcase. Desk clerk had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. The good side the wake up call was punctual.

My main issue was the receptionist he wasnt very welcoming, he canceled a reservation without my consent, i requested a room on first floor he stated non are available booked me a room furthest away from front desk and pool area and didn't inform me elevators where available. I was flying out the next morning and i had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. And then the room smelled like mold

I stayed here for work, for the 2nd week in a row. The room was filthy. My kids had to keep their shoes on, or their feet would turn black. 12 minutes late for late checkout, because my autistic son was having a meltdown & management came to my room, when I had already told them 3 times we were leaving, but my son was in crisis. Will never stay here again.

The mattresses were stained with what looked like bodily fluids. There was dust on every surface. The shower head looked like it had never been cleaned before. The front staff was less than helpful with anything. They also decided that they would not take my Canadian credit card because it wasn’t from a big bank, which they had no problem taking my credit card for the booking. I would absolutely never stay here again. It was very concerning how much of a dump this place was compared to what the pictures looked like.

I only stayed one night. The room and the property is a motel not a hotel. The surrounding area is questionable to say the least. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but this was beyond disappointing. Even the WiFi wasn’t secure!!!!!!!
