Todo estuve súper, excepto que nunca nos mencionaron que la lavandería estaba fuera de servicio hasta nuevo aviso. Nos dimos cuenta el día que íbamos a lavar nuestra ropa porque lo leímos en un letrero de aviso. Los últimos dos días no pusieron toallas extras, ósea éramos 2 adultos y dos niños y tuvimos que usar una sola toalla para todos esos últimos dos días. De lo demás nos gustó mucho la estadía.

I had an absolutely terrible experience during my stay at the Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista. Upon checking in, I discovered that the bed sheets had blood smudged all over them, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff had put dirty sheets back on the bed in the middle of the night, forcing us to switch to another room. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially with a young child in tow. The laundry room was broken, and the face rags were not replenished at all during our stay. The pool smelled like sewage, making it unusable. Additionally, every time we turned on the AC, it emitted a burnt odor, adding to the discomfort. This experience was far from what I expected from a Hyatt property, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved the service at the front desk and room service. I didn't like that the hotel did not look the picture on Expedia. The pool is a lot smaller than portrayed. The difference disappointment me.

The rooms and overall property were clean and nicely kept. The property is in walking distance of several restaurants and shops, nice area overall. Magic kingdom and other parks are also nearby. We enjoyed our stay for sure and would recommend this property.

No sound proof.
It was ok. The room didn’t have a good sound proof. We can hear everything going on at the hallway and idk if the kids were just loud next door or couple doors down. The ac in the room was loud too. I stayed at Hyatt place before in other location but never this bad. And this hotel is way too big to only have two elevators.

The hotel had leaks through the lobby. The breakfast was subpar with not enough food and servers that could not communicate English. Everyday prior to the close the hotel ran out of food and would not make anymore even with a request. The servers would say they didn’t speak English. The breakfast was the same thing and compared to other Hyatt places very minimal selection The front desk lady (African American lady) was nice polite and friendly There were never enough wash clothes offered to the room There was a water stain on the ceiling The hotel can use some upgrades The bed sheets were also not as up to par
