This place is horrible. Run down property. A/C not working in lobby and hallways. Elevator not working. Holes in drywall. Pop up stopper in tub and sink were broken. Toilet running all night long. Burnt out light bulbs.

As I have used HS before and had a good experience it’s why I booked again. I had booked 3 nights but changed to 2. Whereas the room was lovely the ironing board was broken and wardrobe door came off the hinge. I reported it 3 times but nothing was done. I wasn’t aware of no room being made up with the exception of a small notice on the door which I only discovered the next afternoon! The breakfast the first morning was awful. Eggs and sausage patties were dry and disgusting. There was a shortage of bread and bagels. On both mornings I was shocked to see that the butter, cream cheese and jam were in jars with a knife in each being handled by EVERYONE!! Be aware there’s a parking charge of $26 a day which wasn’t revealed by Expedia which I booked with. The hotel is in the middle of refurb in the dining room which didn’t help. The coffee and tea and juices were in another area. Very unhappy and very unlikely to be back. I took pics but this review doesn’t allow me to attach.

We were not informed by Expedia about the kitchen situation being renovated, but according to them it’s ok having plastic plates fork etc not great and certainly not the food usually on offer , in fact it was disgusting Waited forever to check in it was very late when we arrived , and we had to walk over to the other hotel to find the receptionist Room great but not cleaned every other day Air conditioning in main lobby and around the hotel not working so it’s very hot, something else not informed about until greeted by a note on the door Pool freezing , couldn’t use and the hot tub has broken, again not informed Thanks for free parking but a need with all the things broke and kitchen situation

Let me begin my review by saying how wonderful Alex at the front desk was. Your team has a saving grace due to his wonderful friendly personality and compassion. If it wasn’t for him I would rate this place a lot lower. We had to evacuate to Orlando due to the hurricane and I didn’t have high expectations considering this was the fastest thing we could book with my requirements. I love that you all have a stove and full refrigerator in your rooms but your floors were disgusting. The floors in the room were so dirty I had to keep my kids shoes on because they had black hobo feet from walking in our room. The bathroom had visible mold spots on the ceiling and we had to have the sheets changed because there was a huge hole in them. If we had other options we would have changed hotels but we were literally stuck. The hotel staff besides Alex was quite rude and pushy. I woke up each morning for breakfast and thankfully my two toddlers were asleep and so was my husband. I was met by the food staff in a very aggressive manner and asked “how many people you got in your room? Huh? How MANY!?” I told them I have 4 people in one room. I had an old Togo container from the Cheesecake Factory downstairs to put my families food in to take upstairs instead of a wobbly plate with multiple trips. These women were very rude and I told Alex what happened and he reassured me that I did nothing wrong. Lastly, my 1yr old obtained a huge scratch on his leg from the fold out bed and now it’s a scar!

The staff was very friendly and acommodated us during hurricane Milton which was a stressful time for guest. They handled it with top priority! They absolutely was the best and I am thankful that they made us feel welcomed.

First room smelled as if someone smoked 5 packs in there. It burned my throat it was so bad asked to switch due to asthma with me and my kids. 2nd room had mold in bathroom and the fridge didnt work. They are doing a dry out service with part of the hotel so mold is more than likely from that. Other than those issues they were friendly and accomadiating with switching the room.
