Restful night, breakfast experience very pleasant

We purposely set the alarm late (we arrived at 2 am). My son is only 13 so he needed the sleep. We came down for breakfast at 9:40. The machine to make pancakes was off and there was no more oatmeal left. We asked the lady to turn on the pancake machine and she raised her voice and said she was already cleaning. I reminded her that it was not 10 am yet and she needed to wait to clean. She proceeded to bring the pancake mix but made sure to tell me: "I am opening the bag just for YOU!" That was very rude but I still thanked her. It ruined my experience at the hotel

New, clean, friendly staff and close to everything. Orlando traffic is terrible but that’s not their fault; if anything it was nice to come back to a nice place to rest and relax after all the running around.

It all starts with the greeting at the desk. The staff was inviting, upbeat, and efficient. From there, the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I am an early riser. They had coffee 24-7 which was so nice to have before breakfast. The breakfast was very good and lastly, the parking was convenient and safe. I have had so many inferior experiences in hotels lately that this was a breath of fresh air. The staff deserves a hearty thank you.
