It all starts with the greeting at the desk. The staff was inviting, upbeat, and efficient. From there, the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I am an early riser. They had coffee 24-7 which was so nice to have before breakfast. The breakfast was very good and lastly, the parking was convenient and safe. I have had so many inferior experiences in hotels lately that this was a breath of fresh air. The staff deserves a hearty thank you.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our check-in clerk, Farah, was super nice, accomodating, and understanding. Although we didn't deal with any of the other clerks, we noticed they always had a smile and warm greeting. Maintenance staff did a wonderful job of making the place look impeccably clean. There was also a very pleasant odor throughout the hotel. My only recommendation for improvement would be to offer an alternative for milk. I noticed at breakfast there was only a dairy milk available. Being "lactose intolerant" using dairy upset my stomach. My recommendation is to have either almond or soy milk (or both) for those who may require an alternative to dairy.
