The cleaning staff were awesome! Staff came into the room to deliver a letter about the staffing during the holidays….it is one thing to come in to clean the room, but to enter for other reasons is unacceptable! The beds were highly uncomfortable which made sleeping an issue. Several questionable stains on the carpet made us uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was the shower. I can't imagine who designed the shower. The bathroom floor and shower floors were the same level and the tiny shower curtain didn't reach either floor. It was impossible to shower without soaking the floor.

The hot tub was broken. There was no bathtub in the room. The bed was hard and the pillow cases had an odd smell to them. When you first step into the room it had an off putting smell. They were all booked so I couldn’t switch my room,
