Was here for EDCO and for as packed as this hotel was during that time they never seemed to be short staffed or rude or anything like that. I had a few dumb questions that needed answering and the gals at the front desk were helpful and just plain nice. They greeted everyone that came in or out no matter what time of day or night. I know EDC has been in Orlando for a while but this hotel was probably run better than parts of the festival, they clearly have a good understanding of the assignment. Great job handling everyone! Also- breakfast was basic in terms of it being eggs/carbs/protein/etc but it was FRESH, like they were still putting out fresh pans of food in the last hour. Also the waffle bar constantly had a line, I never got to it but it was clearly popular.

The new fee for parking (although a small amount) is a "nickel and diming" technique that does not work for me. There are so many good options for hotels in the area that next time I will seek out other options rather than book here. If Hilton needs the extra $5.00 for parking, boost the room rate rather than alienate guests, particularly since the fee is not optional.

When we arrived at our room, the carpet was soaked and there was a leak coming from one of the walls. Roof had multiple mold spots. Went to front desk and they told us they had no other rooms to put us in that we would have to go to the hotel next door. Went upstairs and got our stuff and when we got back to the front desk they told us they were going to cancel other peoples rooms that hadn’t arrived yet to give it to us. I would hate to be the other people checking in at a later time. Will not be coming back.
