Lobby needs a furniture update. Outside could use benches and somewhere to dispose of cigarette butts. Value hotel so did not expect anything extraordinary. Clean and close to everything.

My room was not ready upon arrival being an hour after check in they had to change my reservation and ive yet to recieve my refund for the 100 dollar hold they had to have as well it was not a good stay at all and i just want my money to come back on my card

It's close to Universal which is why i booked it but the place is not clean. Mildew in the rooms, my room had a roach, dirty shower, dirty floors, stains on the sheets, everything smells, from the rooms, to the hallway, to the elevators, theres a loud echo from the halls to the rooms and the doors are hollow so any time any one gets ice on the other side of the hall or closes their door or walks by you'll hear it loud and clear. Nothing is more of a red flag for me than when i walk into a place and get attacked by the smell of fabuloso, immediate thought is what are we covering up? I alerted the front desk guy on duty upon leaving and he was applogetic atleast, they are apparently in the process of cleaning the place up. I wouldn't come here again till they do.

Pillows stained / yellowed with body sweat and no covers over them, only the pillow case. Room was dirty, sink / counter not clean. No wash cloths or hand towels , had to ask several times and finally got 2 washcloths. Brownish color on towel when I wiped counter. Floors with several dirty spots. Faucets in tub continually dripped. Wooden Divider between beds was rotted on the bottom. Continental breakfast was bread / bagels and toaster. Cereal and juice. Convenient to Universal.

It was disgusting. Bugs everywhere, stains on walls, hair in shower. Dirty sheets and trash under dressed I guess from last guest. But overall terrible experience we didn’t even stay we just headed home and left last night.
