The room was dirty, about 50 rubber bands were on the floor. Bathroom sink was clogging, toilet was not flushing properly, and cockroach was in the bathroom. I complained and requested to change the room. They gave us an upgrade room. The room was little better but bathroom floor was not clean. Also cockroach was found in this bathroom as well. The hotel needs thorough cleaning and full maintenance,

Dirty and inhabitable. It’s needs a complete make over. Room was dusty and dingy, carpets were dirty. Don’t book, I had to book another hotel on the first night after seeing the state of the room.

First and foremost the place was filthy There was scum on the bathroom sink Hairball in the shower Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly And the most disgusting thing was the roaches that were dead and the others that were crawling in by the hair dryer I tried to get a hold of the manager several time and the manager was never around and the front desk had no answers to this problem. The sheets were dirty with crumbs on it and they had all the electronics in one outlet so you had to unplug something in order to use something else And the tv would not shut off. It was an awful experience

Not only was there a drug bust police raid while we were staying, but the rooms are absolutely disgusting. When your socks for your feet can track so much dirt that you need a shower just to get into the bed. There is a cleanliness problem. They allow all the riffraff to check in without screening. Staff is rude and unpleasant. I canceled two of my three nights after the first night stay. Definitely do not recommend and I will never stay here next time. I’m in the Orlando area. Horrible name for the Wyndham brand of hotels.

The property is in a very good location n not far from restaurants n theme parks. There was overflowing trash outside the hotel. When I checked in I didn’t receive my room I originally booked. Put me in a regular room instead of a suite n den the heater wasn’t working. So after shift change went back down n talked to the receptionist n was moved to my correct room. Room was nice n comfortable. Only problem I had was housekeeping never came the 3 days we were there. The breakfast area can get a lil crowded n uncomfortable at times.

I was there for a short time frame, but I find it hard to believe I would have an experience of this type with Baymont. I've stayed at the Baymont before, but was really surprised with this one. The hotel staff was very nice, but the sink pipes and shower head were so corroded that I was afraid to take a shower or brush my teeth. So I bought bottled water and a brush and cleaning supplies to clean the shower head. I was told they don't come out to clean rooms. So I was changed to other rooms 3 times because of non working toilets or fire alarms. The last one, a day later, in the middle of the night when turning on the lights to go to the bathroom, I experienced several roaches crawing around the tub and toilet. I informed the front desk and though they were pleasant and listen, they gave me the feeling it was beyond their control.
