I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I arrived, the hallways were unclean and the room had visible dust. Housekeeping was non-existent during my four-day stay, and the room phone didn't work properly. The "included breakfast" was just a coffee machine and a snack. Service was poor, as I had to collect my own towels, shampoo, and soap. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Pros: i) Staffs were good. ii) Free parking. iii) Provides cooking pots and utensils for cooking. Cons: i) No free breakfast. They only serve muffins, oats packet (without any milk), tea and coffee. That's all. Atleast by keeping corn flakes, milks and some fruits can make people eat something. Otherwise, they should remove free breakfast from their advertisement. ii) They do not have any water fountain in their premises. And the tap water has a very bad smell. Atleast they could provide 1Ltr of water to the guests. It doesn't cost much. iii) The hotel room was clean and ok. But the washroom was not as per the expectation. The fittings were too old. The water tap outside the washroom was leaking. The cloth racks was also broken. They do not have any wadrobe for keeping cloths which is annoying too. iv) I wish they could provide clear instructions to guests in using city bus. But that's optional.

Just say no

Stayed one night by necessity, not choice. Two individuals passed out in the breakfast area, sticky floor in the room, dirty shower. I pushed the nasty recliner against my bottled door, slept with the light on, and in my clothes. Well I didn’t really sleep. You get what you pay for.

Place looks hella ran down, but gave it a chance anyways. Girl at check in was amazing Chloe i believe? And also the haitian guy as well , thats probably the highlight of the stay. Place had a very damp and wet dog smell, walls are paper thin, could hear kids screaming, and among other things, had a leaky shower and toilet paper handle was falling off the wall. And to top it off on day of check out, i had housekeeping knocking down the door to get me out even though checkout is at 11. Place looks like it hasnt seen an upgrade since the 80s/90s might as well stay at the place next door, which was by far a better experience

This was without a doubt my worst experience in a hotel in the US. Don't be fooled by the photos, they're just "make-up". While you're checking in, you might think it won't be that bad. When the elevator door opens, you realize how much trouble you're in! I've never been in a hotel that smelled so bad in my life. Not even a pigsty stinks so much. The carpets are filthy. You can almost see into the rooms through the doorways. When I opened the room door, it looked like something out of a horror movie or a zombie game. I swear I thought I was in The Last of Us! The first thing we did when we got there was kill a cockroach on the wall. The couch had a hole in it, and God knows what would come out of it! The toilet was disgusting. I don't know how anyone could use something like that! Anyway, when I saw my family being put in this situation for a few dollars, I turned my back on this disgusting place, lost my money and went to a decent hotel! I couldn't even stay there for more than 15 minutes! Run away from this place if you value your well-being, this place should be banned from Expedia and other hotel sites! I lost $93 dollars because I believed in edited photos! Meus amigos brasileiros, sei que muitas vezes queremos economizar em estadias, mas acredite, não vale a pena! Procure hotéis melhores, valorize sua família, se você estiver viajando para os EUA, o hotel não será o lugar para você economizar mais! Pense nisso antes de chegar em lugares como esse e encarar um pesadelo!

This is the first time I have a very bad experience in a hotel. Management needs to improve the cleaning service and enforce strict rules for guests. Our room was dirty, previous guest trash and stuff, cockroaches, and the sofa bed it was a disaster, completely dirty and blood on it. No blankets, and cigarettes and marijuana odors all over. Unfortunately, me and my family will never stay here again nor recommend.

A little less than expected

We didn’t end up staying. The smells and condition of the room unsatisfactory. The couch was torn, hallway carpets were dirty, and there was a smell that we were afraid would trigger our kid’s asthma. The staff was very accommodating and

Over priced

The outside of the hotel was nice, inside was not so good. The room I received smelled of cigarettes even though “it’s a smoke free” hotel. The mattress on the pull out sofa was stained and smelled. The floor was sticky.

Good for a budget hotel and a quick night stay. Room was clean but carpets were old and stained. No use for the small kitchenette, but that look very dated as well. It served it's purpose for the night. The staff was very cordial and check in and out were simple and fast.

One of my favorites out of 3 in Orlando. Wonderful Staff, Manager is pleasant, clean rooms only complaint is the drink machine, it has its moments more bad than good. Wee lil faith I have in that machine as much as I like coke drinks period!!!! Sondra
