Misleading
We checked into the property on a Wednesday and immediately saw that the pool was NOT cleaned, the filter wasn’t working and there was a dead frog in the pool. On top of the screened roof being ripped off and hanging down. I called Vacasa and they said local maintenance would be out to fix everything including the screen. Fast forward to 5 hours later, 3 more phone calls and 10:00pm. We go to bed no phone call from maintenance to tell me when this will be fixed. The next morning I woke up to spider webs in the light fixture above the table, stains or spots on the ceiling. We went to the local pool because well, ours wasn’t swimable. That afternoon returned back to find the pool clean and working but the screen still broken, which is great but didn’t sit well that people just walked into the house without a notice, what if I was alone?? Just seems weird to me. I call again and again am told someone will be out to fix it, we checked out 5 days later and it’s still broken. My daughter also left her teddy bear on the end of the bed as we left on Tuesday at 6am, heck out is not until 10am and we did not inform them we had left. So I called them after about two hours into our trip home to let them know she had left her bear. I gave them the exact description and the exact location they could find it. They then proceeded to charge me $25 to send someone to look….. I called three or four more times that day and they said they sent somebody local to try to find the bear. I would be getting a phone call from that person soon. Our trip was 11 hours total we got home at 6pm on Tuesday and I did not receive a phone call until the next day at 8 AM saying the bear was not at the house. Now keep in mind housekeeping had not even been to the house when I had made my first phone call or my second phone call. I don’t believe for a second that they even sent anybody over there and if they did, they didn’t send anybody until that evening after housekeeping had come in and more than likely got rid of the bear. This was heartbreaking for my daughter, as the spare was a gift from her grandmother, who is very ill. I will never stay at a property that is managed by. VACASA Every again.

Everything was fine with the inside of the house but if you want to enjoy the pool bug free, it’s not happening. I left a message about the screens with no reply. At the top there is an entire panel of screen just hanging open. So there were lots of leaves in the pool and bugs. Also the tvs were not connecting to the WiFi.

Small issues
Overall the property was good. Easy access and private. Pool is very small but we didn’t have much time for swimming anyway. Our three year old did enjoy it. One upstairs and one downstairs bathroom sink was clogged and was such a nuisance to deal with. Some of the TV remotes had dead batteries and the door to the washer/dryer was off the track and impossible to put back on. Overall small issues to deal with but we would definitely reserve again.

The management for this house and the customer service is garbage. This trip got off to a horrible start. We arrived late due to travel delays with our airline. We arrived at the home at 11:45 pm on the day of our reservation. The code that was emailed to me was incorrect. Everyone in the group gave the code a try and followed the instructions to a T. My fiancé had the exact same keypad on his previous home so we know we were entering the code correctly. After we all gave it a try we then called customer service. I was on hold for about 20 minutes before we even got to speak to a person. Then under their instruction they “reset” for door code multiple times for us to try. Every single code didn’t unlock the door. There was a lockbox on the side with a key and the code they gave us for there was also incorrect. I was on the phone with these people for over 2 hours. At that point it was already almost 3 in the morning. MIND YOU WE TRAVELED WITH A DOG AND A NINE MONTH OLD BABY. So there we are standing outside of the house with a tired infant and a 120lb dog. After being on the phone forever they finally decided to reimburse us for a hotel. My fiancé ended up calling several hotels at almost 3 in the morning trying to find enough space for our group of 11 with a dog. Luckily, the dog we have is a service dog so we were finally able to get a hotel that would accommodate all of us on a holiday weekend. We arrived at the hotel around 3:15 am. The next day someone from maintenance finally called us and turns out customer service emailed us and gave us the wrong code. He was able to get in right away and when we arrived at the property we put in the code he gave us and it worked right away. The WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay. Someone even came to “fix” it but he couldn’t figure it out after making phone calls and resetting the router. WiFi is necessary because the cell phone reception is horrible in this area. We all have different carriers and none of our phones could even stream music. We listened to the same 30 songs for our entire holiday weekend and the kids couldn’t even access Netflix to watch a movie during our down time. House itself was nice once we were actually able to get inside the next day after our reservation. Other than that I would 100% NOT recommend because the management and customer service was not helpful at all. We spent most of our vacation trying to make up for the time we missed out on.

We enjoyed staying here, it was really spacious and comfortable. The pool is a bit small but a minute away from the town home there is a community waterpark that you can also enjoy. Also I would wash or take bedspread and bedsheets, overall we loved the location it was at 20 min away from DisneyWorld.

We washed the bed linen in three of the rooms. One of the beds had a chux pad in it and a towel that was very gross. The patio was filthy with spiderwebs and dirty behind the tables and the grill Refrigerator was smelly had to clean it out before we used it The shower in the first bathroom upstairs did not drain properly at all The sink in the third bedroom upstairs did not drain properly at all The water pressure in the house was very bad There was no Internet, WiFi nor regular television connection throughout the entire house for that amount of money that was paid - totally unacceptable.

Not worth the price paid.
Pool never heated (yes I paid for that for the entire stay) and the master hot water was luke warm at best. We called multiple times to get fixed. None of the paperwork say that no trailers are allowed and we trailered our motorcycle for a few days at Daytona. We had to park it off site, which made things very frustrating. For the price I paid, I could have gotten a much smaller place (only 6 in our party) with a private hot tub, but we wanted the private pool which is why we decided to rent this place. I want a full refund on the heat fee for the pool and a partial refund for my stay for all the inconvenience and frustration while on vacation.

Good house regular service.
The house is good. Small pool for children was perfect. Too small for adults. I asked to heat the pool and was charged for it and the pool wasn’t heated. Talk to property manager and she said everyhting was fixed and when returned the pool was still cold so we did not have heat water in the whole weekend. I’m asking for a refund. Besides they were short in pool towels. House for 12 people and only 6 towels in a very poor condition. No trash bags we had to buy. No coffee filters. No place to put the trash bags outside the property. Our assigned property manager was off 2 of the 3 dyas we stay there so not much help although on saturday she was very helpful with the pool thing and the front door lock wasn’t working properly and she send someone to fix it.

Was Hoping For Much Better
Really! I was hoping for a better experience. The town house was NOT clean. Handrail on the stairs was filthy upon first inspection so I spent my first morning cleaning and disinfecting everything in sight. Baseboards and over doors were thick with dust. Floors had NOT been cleaned at all before our arrival. Pool was not heated as requested (and paid for) until I called property management. Couldn’t get ANY of televisions working for the first four days despite calling multiple times a day. We were told again and again that someone would call us back and/or respond in person. Never happened until day FOUR. On a positive note, the unit is very spacious and there was a bathroom for each bedroom. Items I really liked: the shower, the clean refrigerator, the super large washing machine and the iron. The negative things: nasty old stained pillows, no mattress pads on beds, broken kitchen garbage can and the biggie- the HEAVY glass topped table that crashed to the floor because the table leg had corroded at the connecting edge. Thankfully no one, especially none of our four young grandsons were injured. The neighborhood was littered with garbage, and was disappointingly LOUD at night. Our goal was to be together as a family and this was successfully achieved despite the many issues. However the unit itself was a major disappointment and I would not rent it again.

Great place to stay
Overall, it was a great place to stay. The facility was beautiful and provided everything we needed. There was leftover hair in the showers from previous tenants, and the pool was smaller than the pictures led to believe but it actually worked great for our younger kids. The only other issue was it was farther from Disney than we thought, but we still loved our stay.

My family enjoyed the stay , loved the location, comfortable beds but only a few things could have better. At check in we noticed the Arcade was not working in one of the rooms it was never fixed, laundry doors were missing never replaced and we noticed in one of the bedrooms drawer furniture a piece of glass was broken. Overall, we loved the stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you

Best vacation ever!
My kids said this was the best vacation ever! I'm sure that Disneyworld and Universal Orlando had something to do with that, but I'm also certain that staying at this property did too. We were a party of 8, me, my husband, my mother, his mother, our 2 girls, and a niece and a nephew. We stayed for 8 nights. The townhouse was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos. It is conveniently located to the clubhouse, which was utilized daily by the mothers because they didn't go to the amusement parks. It was clean. The rooms were situated perfectly for our needs. The neighborhood is great. There's shopping and restaurants nearby. And it wasn't a bad drive at all to Disney or Universal. So all of these things really contributed to our experience. We would definitely stay here again!!!
