BUGS !! Didn’t expect so many bugs (some black tiny ones) in such a reputed , expensive resort . My family suffered bad bug bites and we have been to urgent care . Our vacation got disturbed. I observed windows are not clean. Couple of good things are Management changed our room after being notified about bugs and food was good .

The most nasty hotel ever outside look so good picture look good the worst room not worth any review. Terrible sofa bed nasty pillow bed sheet s. Toilet over flowed nasty shower this an old property popcorn ceiling nasty elevators good breakfast 25 for self park do not count on sofa bed nasty carpet nasty dirt sofa bed you don’t wanna sit. This pet friendly nasty pet pee smell around tv area. Except breakfast nothing is good about this property totally waste my money.

Greeted by Franklin at the front desk. He was there on a previous visit and once again pleasant and friendly. Property is kept clean. Close to the parks. It’s a great place to stay when visiting the Orlando area.

The front desk staff was all outstanding, but I wanted to single out Mr. Franklin, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were going to the Disney parks all day and so we were going to check-in extremely late at night. He arranged for us to have a pre-check that day so we wouldn't have to worry about checking-in that night. His professionalism and friendly demeanor was contagious and made us feel like fantastic.

Terrible housekeeping No towels and sheets in room, even after feedback. TV didn’t work. Complained twice, no one cared to fix it. Unprofessional and rude front desk staff, specially the night shift one. Never going back to this place.
