I had a disappointing experience at this hotel during my recent family trip. The heating barely worked, leaving us uncomfortable during our stay. To make matters worse, the sheets were dirty, and even the replacement set we requested was not clean. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with hair found in the tub, toilet, and even on the ceiling. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. To top it all off, the breakfast was a letdown. The food was cold and unappetizing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Room was nice and excellent maids. Breakfast was nice during the week, but weekends were crazy overcrowded. Elevators were slow and one side didn't work. Manager was great responding to an issue about a constantly barking dog. Would recommend and stay here again.

Their parking stations are worn. You can barely use your card key to get in or out. I had to get 3 different keys in 2 days The breakfast has gotten worse. Only one drink station was working and they hid the bacon behind the omlette station. Which caused longer lines and more work for their 1 staff member making the omlettes. Less options to choose from . The elevators are constantly broken. Since there are no idside stairs (the emergency exit stairs only lead outside) to take you to your floor is was alway a hassle to find one that did work. Most the rooms have broken stuff. Ours was the heating unit while it was freezing. We were offered another room but the fear of something worse being broken kept me from moving. In a 6month span this place has gone downhill and this was our last time staying here. Which sucks because they have 2 jacuzzis. Amon

Everything was AMAZING!!! Our room was super spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was FABULOUS!!! Would definitely stay here again when we return to town. P. S. Super great price for all the amazingness this hotel offers

Embassy Suites is a go-to for me when i need to relax on vacation and this location did not disappoint! In fact, it was the best location I've stayed in. While a few of the in room facilities need updating, the friendly staff and phenomenal breakfast made up for it. I also love that they have an indoor and putdoor pool work hot tub. Its an easy 10 minute Uber ride to Universal Studios.
